- Jürg B.June 2017Olumlu yanlarıIdeal location after the ferry crossing from the islands, only about 5 miles away. From there directly on the A835 along the northwest coast.BEAUTIFUL LOCATION DIRECTLY ON THE WATERWe got off the ferry in Ullapool at around 5pm and didn't want to drive any further, so we chose the Holiday Park as our place to stay. The reception was friendly and easy, free choice of pitch. The grass pitches are right on the water, the lower row is a bit sloping, good access. The sanit. Facilities are, at least partially, renovated and reasonably clean. Although the site is close to the A835, there is no road noise.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- Peter S.August 2012Very nice location, great pitches right on the water, nice site management with good tips for hiking and other sights. Scotland's most beautiful hiking area, Assynt, can be reached quickly from here.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- Susanne G.August 2011Overall, the site made an unkempt impression, especially with regard to the sanitary facilities. One of the sanitary buildings is inadequately equipped. The reception building was only open occasionally. The location of the site, however, makes up for this...Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- René R.June 2011The site is beautifully situated on a small peninsula about 6 km north of Ullapool. The pitches are located directly on the shore on a sloping grassy strip. These are not approved for heavy motorhomes, but "heavy" is not defined. The 2nd row consists mainly of a gravel strip and a smaller grass area.... The inner part of the pitch is slightly lowered and is therefore more sheltered from the wind. Here there are level grass pitches, some without electricity. The pitches are numbered, but there are no boundaries between the plots. The site is accessible at all times, there are no barriers. The reception is not manned at all times. The sanitary facilities in the smaller building in the middle of the site are miserable. Mold on the ceiling, coarse dirt on the floor and around the washbasins. The sanitary facilities in the reception building are much better equipped and kept quite clean. However, only one of the 3 showers here worked. The campsite store only offers a very small selection of food, but a wide range of camping accessories. The A835 from Ullapool to the north runs right past the site. However, you can't hear any of this on most of the site. The site is generally very quiet. The rear part of the site borders on a less attractive "rumble corner" of a small marina with rusty construction vehicles. Apart from the beautiful view, there are no leisure activities in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. However, the surrounding area is well worth a visit. Hiking maps are available at the campsite. A little tip on the side: the site can be partially viewed via Google Streetview.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
