"Camping Borje - We spent only one night in the campsite, and we arrived in the evening and left for Plitvice Lakes in the morning. It's a relatively small campsite, mostly in a slight hill, so sometimes it can be a problem to find a suitable place. We managed to find it after a while of searching, near the social facilities. It was the beginning of July, it was cooler in the evening, some people even pulled out sweatshirts and long pants. The social facilities were fine, the showers could be bigger, there was a helpful lady at the information desk who advised us about a trip to Plitvice Lakes. At first we thought of leaving the caravans in the morning in the parking lot in front of the camp (free) and going to the national park by bus (I think the first one goes at 9:00, the ticket is 3€/person, the return is at 16:30), but in the end we decided to take the caravan directly to the lakes, where we paid 15€ for the all-day parking of the caravan. If you don't expect luxury and prefer peace and quiet, this is the ideal campsite. For one night we paid about 56€ for the caravan, 2 adults and 2 children under 12 (electricity and water included) including all fees

"Perfect - Really great if you want to visit the Plitvice Lakes. Only 10 minutes away by car! Free choice of pitches, very friendly, everything you need is there! Sanitary facilities TOP, food in the restaurant a bit too expensive for the service.

"Great place not just for passing through - We used the campsite for a visit to the Plitvice Lakes. Beautiful, natural site, slightly hilly, you have a free choice of pitches, the staff are multilingual and very friendly. The sanitary facilities are clean, in good condition and ok. With a dog there are good opportunities to run around, the village is close by. There is a restaurant and a small store at the campsite with the essentials. Bus transfer to the lakes is offered.

"Close-to-nature campsite with bus transfer to Plitvice Lakes NP - We arrived with our motorhome without a reservation and were given a very friendly welcome. Despite the high season, the campsite was not very busy. The site is completely unparceled. There are a few gravel pitches, but most of the site consists of spacious meadows. The terrain is quite sloping in many places, so wedges are an advantage. International visitors. Our sanitary building in the upper part of the site was renovated and always clean. The children's playground was also in good condition. There is a very good and reasonably priced restaurant and a store with the essentials in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. For larger purchases, there are several supermarkets in Korenica (approx. 2 km away). You can take a shuttle bus from the campsite to the Plitvice Lakes (although we didn't use it). The only downside is that the adjacent thoroughfare is quite busy and can be clearly heard, especially at night.

he centuries-old pine forest, deep shade, chirping crickets, singing birds ... Campsite Borje is the perfect place to relax, enjoy and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is located in the surroundings of Lička Plješivica mountain …and the forested hill of Mrsinj and fits perfectly into the protected area of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. What you will notice immediately is the centuries-old pine forest, which offers a unique camping experience. You can explore the most hidden corners of the beautiful Plitvice forests on the nearby cycling paths and boardwalks. Fill your days with various activities or just relax and laze in a completely natural environment. Campsite Borje is an excellent base for exploring Lika, surrounded by peace and greenery. It is located on the edge of the Plitvice Lakes National Park, 16 km from the southern entrance of the park (entrance 2). The smaller area of the campsite also ensures fewer crowds and a quieter atmosphere. Thus, the area of 6.5 hectares has a capacity for about 408 campers, who can freely choose the place they want. The camp has clean toilets with showers and hot water, as well as special toilets for the disabled, free electricity and free Wi-Fi internet. The camp also offers a children's playground and sports fields for table tennis, volleyball on grass, football and a suspended bowling alley. In the immediate vicinity of the car camp is a restaurant of the same name with a recognisable gastronomic offer. It is an à la carte and self-service restaurant with a seating capacity of 240. Within the restaurant there is also a café, a shop and an exchange office. Clean lines, a touch of colour and elegant décor combined with the aroma of local delicacies and friendly staff make this restaurant the perfect place for a relaxed meal, continuing a long tradition that has spanned generations.
