"The worst possible experience - Today I phone this campground, asking for a camper pitch with one person, with arrival by evening and departure after two nights. A very nice young lady answered and, in addition to confirming availability, confirmed the price, which is the same as listed on their website. Truly very kind and thorough. After a couple of hours I arrive at the site and meet a manager at the entrance who informs me of the unavailability. I explain to him about the interview a couple of hours earlier with my colleague and, after initially stating that he has no female employees, he tells me that it is impossible that the phone call existed. After showing him my phone log, he changed his story, telling me that he could give me a pitch that I would have to "adjust" to a bit. At that point I confirmed to him that I would accept anyway. By the time I thought the misunderstanding had been cleared up, here he was, with the great friendliness and helpfulness that have characterized him from the very first moment, he came back to the charge telling me that if I wanted to accept the arrangement I would have to pay a daily amount increased by 40 percent. Since when I pointed this out to him his response was that he doesn't care about anything and the rules in his house can't be decided by me, I felt that my best response could only consist of a U-turn and going elsewhere, to avoid unnecessary arguments with those who don't want to hear, and also because I was tired of being treated like dirt by a gentleman who wouldn't have deserved a second more of my time. At that point I would have left even if he had given me the entire stay in the best possible accommodation. What to say. Very bad reception, even worse support, zero ability to solve problems and maximum ability to create new ones, unfriendly and highly obnoxious attitude. And here I stop to avoid transcending....

"Quiet and idyllic - The site is very quiet and clean. Nice location right on the lake. Unfortunately the bar was closed. There is also no bread service. For those who can do without it, definitely a recommendation.

"Beautifully situated place on a peninsula - Pitch mainly occupied by mobile homes. Outdated but clean sanitary facilities. Mostly equipped with standing toilets Despite complaint: no improvement in the warmth of the hot water. Gas heating hot water turned off.

"Terribly narrow driveway without turning possibility - At the end of March we stood in front of locked gates and had to reverse 200 m backwards in a driveway only 2.60 m wide with hedges and stone walls.

" - Nice campground but before coming I suggest checking the route on Google Street View tm. Mostly besieged by trailers but fortunately has a separate field for tents with nice grass and not too rocky. Beautiful view at night of the city across the lake . Good for longer or shorter stays.
