Unprofessional, old and dirty
Old and poorly maintained facilities, almost everything is broken or in bad use, dirty and moldy toilets, not recommended.
They do not comply with the covi measures in any part of its facilities, dirty and poorly maintained pool.
Very inefficient staff, very unprofessional who does not admit criticism,... all the services of the campsite are very old and not having had proper maintenance is falling apart, the showers only work half the rest are broken, no paper or soap in the toilets, lack of lighting in both services and in the dishwasher area.
Very noisy at night as there is no staff to control everything is allowed with the consequent problem to sleep, when a comment is made about the situation we are reprimanded and invited to leave the campsite but without making the return of the missing days.
The supermarket service is laughable because they only have four items at prices of fear and with a very limited schedule that does not allow even the slightest.
The restaurant does not allow more than a drink since the rest is quite a disaster, nothing professional does not allow to be served in conditions and the food they serve is of dubious quality and poorly cooked.
The environment is ideal and it is a pity that it does not take advantage with a campsite at the height, hotel guests also from the same direction commented similar situations in terms of dirt, lack of maintenance and unprofessional service.
Of course the animation better not to talk about.
The plots are large but some are right on the roadside with the consequent noise and the others on the edge of the river, these are very dangerous if you go with children because it is not fenced and is the reason why the little ones can have accidents if you do not watch them constantly.
In short, there are many campsites in Andorra and it is not worth wasting a weekend in a place where you are not well attended, not recommended for families with children because of the lack of a fence.
