- Uta E.August 2020Olumlu yanlarıThe pitches are large. No frills such as permanent entertainment, slides, swimming pool, located on the Soulac-Cap-Feret cycle path. Everything is clean, some are cleaned several times a day. Space for tents, caravans and even large motorhomes.Olumsuz yanlarıIncreasing number of mobile homes and lodges (fixed tent apartments). Surf/youth camp on site can lead to party noise until 11/24 pm. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. Those who love the Atlantic need no more.I'd love to come back here. I like the fact that it's not a touristy place with karaoke music like it is at Molliet-Maa. Of course, the beach is crowded in high season (like everywhere else). The price-performance ratio is reasonable. Wonderful for relaxing.
The site is hilly, so some of the tent pitches are on a slope.Otomatik olarak çevrildi. - Rainer K.August 2018Olumlu yanlarıClean sanitary facilities. Fresh baguettes and croissants from the bakery in the morning. Beautiful, supervised beach.Olumsuz yanlarıMuch too loud at night.Meanwhile very loud throughout the night. Disco con 21.00 to 0.00.The on-site brasserie now hosts a disco every evening with loud booming bass. Sleeping before midnight is almost unthinkable. When I asked at reception, they told me that the owner of the brasserie had permission for 3 evenings of disco, but there was nothing they could do about it if he extended it... to all evenings. It was my own fault if I had stood there. (We had already booked in January 2018 and expressly asked for a quiet pitch.)According to other campers who had been there several times before, the noise had got worse in recent years. Some of the pitches are very interspersed with sand pits, which makes maneuvering with a caravan or motorhome exciting. Anyone sitting in the pit can be pulled out again by the local garbage truck....Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- Constanze W.August 2017Beautiful family campsite in the pine forestThe location under the trees and the fact that there is no typical hedge/plot division and you still have enough space is nice. The many trees make it possible to hang hammocks everywhere to create the perfect camping atmosphere. The proximity to the beach is also an absolute advantage of the location.... However, if you want to do a lot of cultural or shopping activities, you have to drive long distances. The site is ideal for lazing around, swimming and cycling. It's nice that you can use the tennis court there free of charge (reservation required) Good for parents, bad for teenagers: no Wi-Fi availableOtomatik olarak çevrildi.

- Andre F.July 2016Olumlu yanlarısuper beautiful beach and great waves :)Olumsuz yanlarılong way to the beach over the dunesbeautiful beach and great wavesWe have been here 9 times and have always liked it very much, although you can have bad luck with the weather and it can rain for 3 days even in midsummer. The walk to the beach can be very long as the campsite is very large.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- Simon Thede P.August 2015Olumlu yanlarıBeach/sun/sea/cateringOlumsuz yanlarıFully booked in the high season, so be sure to book in advance and accept the inconvenience.Beautiful beach with dangerous currents/pine forestIf you love the beach and the sea, this is the place for you. But not for swimming, as the undercurrent is too strong for that. Apart from the main beach (full, but guarded), it can only be reached by climbing over dunes. However, the site is somewhat remote and fully booked in high season. Beautiful semi-shaded pitches in the pine forest, but rather uneven. Ample choice of catering options.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- wilhelm Z.July 2015Olumlu yanlarıLarge plot, beach, friendly staffBeach campingVery nice campsite. With direct access to the sea via a parking lot and a dune. Beautiful beach, suitable for surfing, fishing and swimming. The pitches are large and you don't have the impression of sitting on your neighbor's lap. Good sanitary facilities. The occupancy rate at the beginning of July was manageable. Very friendly staff.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- Carla M.August 2014Beautiful placeAs we've been to a lot of places on this coast, I can't understand the reviews that describe a long walk to the beach. Basically - depending on the pitch, the path is fairly straightforward. If you're at the back of the pitch, you can already see the path to the forest that leads to the beach; if you're... near the reception, it's another 700 meters. But the path itself is one of the easiest we have ever had - compared to Carcans Plage where you have to walk along the road through the village or take one of the side accesses via the unpaved accesses or Truc Vert where the walk really doesn't want to end - in contrast, the access in Le Porge is really easy. The path leads through a little forest to the public parking lot and from there over the really comfortably paved dune - it may not be very short but it's flat - and that's what makes it so comfortable. The site itself is very nice and spacious, depending on which part you are staying on. We were at the Romarin wash house - it's brand new and well equipped - the shower times are sometimes dependent on how many people have just returned - but even then it was relatively quick. The only downside for us was the supermarket on site - as the season slowly comes to an end from the 3rd week of August, the casino is empty, which is clearly reflected in the range - and as the site is still 2/3 full, you can see it getting empty every day. The next shopping opportunity is about 9 km away and I would take a car as there is no cycle path to Le Porge itself and the road is really a nuisance by bike. Or you don't buy 3-4 km more and take the cycle path to Lacanau - it's very nice! The staff are friendly - our wash house was cleaned every 3 hours and that's really great - necessary given the number of people but not a given everywhere. Apart from that, the whole campsite is very spacious and offers an incredible amount of room for children to run around and play. Despite the parking spaces for cars everywhere, everyone is considerate. We were there with children (5+8) and 2 dogs for surfing and I think it was absolutely great for the constellation, especially because of the access to the dunes - our children were able to manage this without any problems despite being tired after a long day at the beach with backpacks. As for the resin on the car/tent - well - it's like the sea - I'm not complaining that it tastes of salt ;-) The advantage of the pine forest is the unbeatable shade - on some summer days it's really more than warm otherwise, so the resin and the pine cones are part of it!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- Jonas M.July 2014Olumlu yanlarıShadowOlumsuz yanlarıThe path to the beach is quite tediousIt's a long way to go...The campsite is beautifully situated in the pine forest. Pitches "parceled out" by posts/stones. Parked without any problems with a large caravan. Path to the beach with children's toys quite awkward, as it goes over the large dune. Sanitary ok. Attention: Resin occasionally drips onto the car.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
- Marie P.August 2012Major plus points: - The reception is very friendly - The campsite is close to the beach - The sanitary facilities have recently been refurbished, they are cleaned frequently and the shower water is hot - You can buy everything you need at the small Casino and other stores (takeaway pizzas) - It's quite... quiet overall Disadvantages : - For tent pitches, you can't park right next to your car - The tarmac paths between the pitches could do with some work - The band next door was making a lot of noise, and nothing was done to quiet them down. We had to go outside to silence them.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
