"Rating campsite - We were there for one night. Of course the receptionist didn't speak good English so we paid for two nights even though we were only there for one. Way too expensive for France. 30 for 2 people + van per night. The mini market at the campsite is shameful. Not even the most necessary things were available in the village. Bread had to be ordered the day before which was not fresh but only frozen. Toilet/shower was also only one and unisex!!! Outrageous, we will certainly not come back.

"Good place to explore Toulouse - Very nice reception with all the information you need about Toulouse and the best way to get there. Bread roll service and for us the best croissants we've ever had in France! The sanitary building is new and not separated by gender with spacious cabins. You can either drive on the same road to a P+R to the bus, which then drives to the metro station, or you can drive directly to the P+R at the metro station, which is more frequented to get to Toulouse. There is a well-developed cycle path along the Canal Midi right next to the campsite. Around 4 p.m. you can see the Airbus Beluga approaching from the campsite.

"Ok for one night - The campsite is well maintained, especially the sanitary facilities. However, we had trouble sleeping because airplanes fly over the site. Furthermore, the path is illuminated by spotlights, so our tent was bright. However, we felt very comfortable overall and the surroundings are beautiful!

"Ideal for sightseeing - Well located on the main road to Toulouse, you only have to drive straight ahead to the ideal P&R, nice reception, top renovated sanitary facilities, ok price, shady pitches, ok size.

"Well, for a few nights it works - Large pitches, mostly parceled out, installations seem partly improvised and very outdated, mostly old French standing toilets, but quite clean, power lines laid freely hanging over trees, WIFI Internet for a fee and still annoyingly slow, place partly occupied by permanent campers and mobile homes, looks a bit unkempt overall, tall poplars give a lot of shade, reception very friendly and helpful, directly on country road, quite noisy, Canal du Midi in the immediate vicinity with bike path.

Located in the beautiful Vosges region in the east of France, Camping Les Violettes offers a perfect blend of nature, relaxation and activities for all the family. The campsite is situated in a quiet, wooded valley and is surrounded by …stunning scenery, perfect for hiking, cycling and just relaxing. The campsite offers a variety of pitches, including both sunny and shady areas, with plenty of space for tents, caravans or motorhomes. For those who want more comfort, well-equipped mobile homes and chalets are available. The modern accommodations offer everything needed for a pleasant stay. Camping Les Violettes offers numerous leisure facilities, including a heated swimming pool, sports facilities such as tennis courts and an extensive entertainment programme for children and adults. The region is known for its natural beauty and is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or simply taking relaxing walks through the forest. Visitors can also discover the local attractions and charming villages. Animals are accepted on the pitches and in all rentals except mobile homes, at an additional cost. Our grocery store is open at the same times as the reception and offers emergency products , local products and souvenirs. You will also find a shopping centre 1 km from the campsite and a Castanet-Tolosan shopping centre (all shops and services) 4.5 km away. Enjoy a cooked breakfast and, in mid and high season, reserve bread and pastries made on site. With its friendly atmosphere, wide range of activities and proximity to nature, Camping Les Violettes is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the Vosges.
