Very cordial operators where you can feel that they run the campsite and the bistro with a lot of heart and soul.
The sanitary facilities are brand new and always clean. Prices are very fair. The site is beautifully situated, directly on the river and with a barbecue area. The food in the bistro was also very tasty. We will be back and felt very comfortable. The price-performance ratio is very good and the operators are extremely friendly, attentive, courteous and helpful. Really an absolute highlight and highly recommended in all areas! We came with a bike and a tent. The site is well equipped for this. The sanitary facilities are super clean. There is toilet paper in the toilets (which is not always the case) The kitchen is also very clean and well equipped....
The location is very quiet and idyllic. It is only a few minutes by bike to Bischofszell.
We only stayed one night, but we felt very comfortable.

Few, but nicely sized pitches for tourists. Friendly and helpful groundsman keeps the good sanitary facilities in excellent order and very clean! There is a kiosk with the essentials and also something to quench your thirst. The pitches are on... well-kept grass or gravel and fairly level. Electricity and water are available in the immediate vicinity. Satellite reception was perfect for us. The campsite is located about 3 kilometers from the beautiful town of Bischofszell, and is easy to reach by bike or on foot along a side road. The hamlet of Leutswil is idyllically situated in a loop of the river Sitter, which has a pebble beach right next to the campsite for swimming or kayaking. Hiking trails lead through the absolutely dreamy landscapes of the Thurgau. We enjoyed a hike along the 5 Wiler ponds to Hauptwil. The stop at the Waldschenke was of course a highlight! We made our way over the Bischofsberg to Bischofszell and from there along country lanes back to Leutswil. We recommend the site to all campers who appreciate clean facilities and a great agricultural environment. The children of the permanent tenants keep things a little busy, but this was no problem at all for us. Absolutely quiet and peaceful at night! You should also visit the old town of Bischofszell and the small airfield in Sitterdorf with its leisure facilities!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
