Dogs are also not allowed, which is great.

This place not only impresses with its tranquility (childless!!!) but is simply the first choice in everything that is important to us!
Super friendly and friendly owners, great food in their own restaurant,... great well-kept grounds with beautiful pitches and the whole thing in a very great environment.
What can we say, we are already looking forward to our next vacation at Camping Markushof !!!

The ambience is very appealing, the sanitary facilities are comfortably equipped and very clean. Laundry washing, drying and ironing are easily possible... for an extra charge. The pool is sufficient for a quick dip, but takes some getting used to for a morning swim (but possible). There are numerous sun loungers around the pool for sunbathing. Unfortunately, the very inviting restaurant area adjacent to the pool area is not open. However, just 20 m away is the market square and the inviting Bistro Rosenkeller. Numerous other restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away.
In the morning you are woken up very early by numerous roosters in the immediate vicinity (you have to like it or use earplugs). However, the deafening noise caused by an engine on the neighboring property from 06.00 in the morning was absolutely unbearable. As we were traveling with a vehicle with a pop-up roof, this was also over the wall separating the two properties. This gave us a view of the great neighboring garden, but from 06.00 a.m. there was no peace and quiet. Sleep was out of the question - no Oropax because I had to listen to the alarm clock. As Ora has a train station, everything was within easy reach. Although located in the valley of the Brenner highway, there was no traffic noise at night. The site is in the village, so the bakery, butcher and supermarket are within walking distance. No dogs allowed. The pool can be used free of charge.Olumsuz yanlarıThere was hardly any artificial noise. There was a lot of natural noise (frogs, roosters, bells ringing at 7:00 am). If you don't have earplugs with you, you can get some at reception according to the notice. No indication at check-in that the Südtirol Card must always be validated on public transport.Clean small campsiteA really nice little campsite. Bolzano can be reached by train in under 20 minutes (free thanks to the Südtirol Card). You should definitely make a reservation! The pitches are large and fully equipped. As the campsite is attached to the 3*** hotel, you can also use the very good sanitary facilities. The restaurant... in the hotel is great. Bakery across the street and the butcher next door. Two supermarkets are within walking distance.
Top recommendation for couples and seniors. I absolutely cannot understand the criticism of some other campers about the friendliness of the operators. We always receive an extremely warm and friendly welcome. Even our son and his friends... now come here.
I can understand that frogs can get on your nerves, but I'd rather have frogs than cars and motorcycles whizzing past on the road. The pitches are pleasantly large and all have drinking water and electricity. There is also great Wi-Fi throughout the site and it's even free of charge. Some campsites can take a leaf out of their book.
There are also disabled toilets and a security room. That's why I can't understand another rating printed here: the campsite is absolutely accessible for the disabled. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you're in good hands here. Not for those who need hustle and bustle.
We paid 244 euros for eight nights during the Whitsun vacations, with free reservations and the option to cancel. A dream by Italian standards.
