But this is the only advantageOlumsuz yanlarıThe site is not directly on the beach, you have to walk along a narrow footpath and then climb down an adventurous, conspicuous staircase to the beach. There is a lot of rubbish on the beach itself, it looks rather neglected. On closer inspection, the swimming pool, which is supposed to be repaired in the next few days, has been out of use for at least two years and also looks dilapidated.Dr. medThe owners, a married couple, are often unfriendly and at the beginning of September the annual business is obviously already busy. The sanitary facilities are actually nicely built but also unkempt. As it had only been open for a few days, the impression of a certain neglect of the sanitary facilities was possibly due to this fact. I did not find a VE place, the statement that every place has a fresh (drinking) water and sewage connection is wrong. Professional check-in with free choice of pitch. No problem despite peak season. Leaves remain on the pitch and in general the pitch does not appear over-kept. The walk to the sea is not far but the beach is full of dried seaweed and the sea is shallow and... rather unattractive. Pool is clean and big enough. Excursions to the excavations and to Preveza are nice. The nearest larger supermarket is 7km away. The site - which is very poorly signposted - was very loosely occupied. You could choose your own pitches. However, since the site had been open for 1 month according to the information, there was no restaurant or minimarket. There was only a bread roll... service via the reception. Nearest shopping facilities on the main road. No problem by bike, rather a long way on foot. The pool was not (yet) in use! - The very narrow beach was littered with dead seaweed! Very uninviting! Maybe it will be cleaned up! - The pitch itself is beautifully situated and inviting. Tall trees provide sufficient shade and there are plenty of electrical connections. The sanitary facilities were clean and structurally tiptop in order!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

As there weren't many guests, we had a free choice of pitches. Plenty of shade under deciduous trees; however, old leaves were not swept up. Sanitary facilities were clean and probably relatively new; toilet paper had to be brought... along and the showers only offered a hook for clothes, etc. Restaurant with an Italian touch and small menu. Pizza evening once a week. No actual store available but fresh bread on pre-order; if required, however, the essentials were probably sold (drinks). Nearest supermarkets in Preveza, a few kilometers away. There are also many nice tavernas in the center around the harbor. Nice swimming pool. The biggest drawback of the campsite: the beach (accessible via a short footpath and through a reed belt) is not particularly suitable for swimming; lots of stones and stone slabs in the clear water, lots of washed up seaweed that has not been removed (pictures are very "optimistic"); we therefore went to the great beaches to the north for swimming. Dogs also feel at home: you could walk them through the back gate on a dirt track; bringing dogs to the beach doesn't seem to be a problem in Greece anyway. Conclusion: if you are mobile (also when it comes to swimming) this is a nice place for a relaxing vacation.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
Anneta B.August 2016It isn't for meThis camping is very quiet pecceful and small.This camp is hard to find because the information board is invisble. We came here in ther middle of the night. The host let us come inside and we waited to the morning in our cars. In the morning we went at the sea. The road to the beach runs through the... field for about 100m. The entrance on the beach is terrible. We didn't see the sea because there were large reeds. There is a hole cut out in the reeds. When we crossed it ,it was very dark. The beach was dirty.There were algeas thrown out by sea everywhere.The beach is sandy but narrow. If you likewindserfing isn't a place for you. The reception was just polite but not very warm, the teenagers loved the pool, the beach is a nice wild cove 3/4 minutes away on foot; not really seduced. the sanitary facilities are clean and modern.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

Pitches on grass, good shade from poplars. Access to the site's own sandy beach via an approx. 100m long path. Several power points scattered around the site. Private swimming pool, but was not yet full at the time of our visit. Paths on the site are covered... with gravel. Restaurant available but only open from June. Sanitary building consisting of 2 blocks, separate for men and women. The facilities are in good condition, but had not yet been cleaned at the time of our visit, i.e. all the dirt from the winter was still everywhere (buildings are open). The facilities were also never cleaned during our 5-day stay. However, they were "clean" thanks to the discipline of the campers present. Hot water is always available! - Ismini G.July 2012We have been to camping Kalamitsi in early July with our little daughter. We had a very good time. The staff is very polite and friendly. The toilets were very clean and also all the souroundings. Almost all of the pitches were under shadow . The restaurant's dishes were pretty good and the prices reasonable. We strongly recommend this campsite to all that want cheap relaxing vacations with quality. We will definatelly return!!!!!
