"a few days in October '24 - ...I don't have to go here again... ' Greeting' by a mechanically speaking employee, he did his job without any care at all. He did not allow himself to be interrupted for questions during his speech and was also difficult to understand. After the briefing, we were allowed to go off with our smartphone and choose a pitch. We took a photo and went to reception. Checking in was a bit slow, and the walk across the not-so-small pitch kept us busy for an hour. Works better on other sites. The pitches are all very run down. Nice and well-kept is different. Sanitary OK, showers are very small. Even turning around is difficult. The small supermarket is OK, we didn't try the restaurant with its plastic chairs. Overall, the place is unjustifiably very expensive. Alghero is worth a look and can be reached by bike in 20 minutes. Bosa was already nicer...

"Overpriced - We stayed at the site for 2 nights. It was still low season and the site was actually almost empty but we paid 132.40 euros for our VW bus, 2 people and a small dog. WLAN would have cost another 10 euros. Due to the proximity to the lagoon, there was also a plague of mosquitoes and our pitch was full of ants.

"Great place close to the city - We would have liked to stay longer, everything was just perfect! Bus to Alghero right outside the campsite. We didn't use the beach as we'd been to some dream beaches and this one definitely couldn't compete. The pool was just too great for that :-) The children's disco in the evening was fun and afterwards it was just quiet on the campsite. No loud animation until late at night. Maybe different during the high season? The staff at reception spoke English, German and French as well as Italian (possibly more languages...but we heard them :-) and were very friendly and helpful. Prices for the campsite were high in comparison at just under 80 euros. Highly recommend this campsite.

"July 2022 - Great prices. 59 or 63€ a camper for 2 persons. A cottage with kitchen also for 2 people costs 190€/night. You can visit the Grotte di Nettuno which is sensational. The ticket is 14€/person including guide. If you don't want to go down the 650 steps, you can arrive by boat. Last group entry is at 19.00. Also from the camping you can rent Fiat cars from 100€/day, bicycles from 8€/day. If you cross over to the beach, there's a taverna you can go to when the sun gets too much and you can have an Ichnusa beer for 3€. A hamburger for 9 eur. A portion of fish from 15 eur.

"Comfort with flocks of mosquitoes - The site is very large and impersonal, just a village, you know that when you read the name. We received a friendly welcome and were able to choose our pitch, which left just enough space for a table and chairs for a large tent and car (no problem in the low season if neighboring pitches are free). Practical: all campsites have a nearby water point with a drain. We hardly heard the nearby road. The sanitary facilities were always clean and we could live with the small showers if we only took a towel and a small item of clothing. The store was well stocked, including fresh produce. Very practical: the regular bus connection to Alghero (maps only with app). In the evening, unfortunately, you can feel the proximity to the lagoon, hordes of mosquitoes made the evening (in June) uncomfortable and demanded a hunt before going to bed. The children of our neighbors were completely bitten.

"Autumn time - Beautiful Cp with everything a camper needs. Clean sanitary facilities, nice pool area. Market and restaurant on site. There are sunny to dark forest pitches, We chose a grass-covered lagoon pitch at the front and were very happy.

Baia Holiday Laguna Blu is located on the northwest coast of Sardinia, in the heart of the renowned Riviera del Corallo, close to the airport and the center of Alghero. The Camping Village is surrounded by greenery with maritime pines …and eucalyptus trees, just a few steps from the beach. The Camping area hosts numerous pitches in various styles, for tents, caravans, or campers. The Paradise pitches boast privileged locations by the lagoon, with exclusive comforts such as a barbecue area on the pitch. The Village sector offers various styles of mobile homes, bungalows, and a resort-style room area. Inside the Camping Village, you can experience the flavors of Alghero cuisine, with gourmet restaurant menus, a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven and take-away service, and local products available at the market. The Mini Club and playground will delight your children. In front of the Camping Village, you can relax on the white sandy beach, which is either equipped or free, and enjoy numerous sports activities, both on land and in the sea. By bike, you can reach the most beautiful bays and beaches thanks to the bike path connections. The Camping Village is partnered with the Porto Conte diving center, offering numerous activities: diving courses of various levels, dives in the beautiful seabed of the Capo Caccia marine area, and boat trips. BY PLANE Alghero airport is about 5 km away from Camping Village Laguna Blu, providing connections to many different Italian and international destinations all year round. The following airlines fly to Alghero: AirOne, Alitalia, Ryanair, Air Italy, Air Dolomiti and …Thomsonfly. By car: follow directions to Fertilia on SS 127 Bis. BY BOAT The nearest passenger port to Camping Village Laguna Blu is Porto Torres (38 km away), which is connected to Barcelona, Genoa, Marseilles, Civitavecchia, Tolone and Propriano (in Corsica). The ports of Olbia (135 km away) and Golfo Aranci (150 km away) can also be used by those arriving from Civitavecchia and Livorno, or also from La Spezia and Fiumicino in summer months. The port of Palau (175 km away) is also on the east coast and serves Naples and Porto Vecchio. After landing in Sardinia, continue by car and follow signs first to Alghero and then to Fertilia on SS 127 Bis.
