So we returned early.
Unfortunately NO concession on the price. Not even the tax for the 2nd week was waived. In my opinion, this is pure money-grubbing. But you can also scare your guests away that way.
In any case, we will never go to this campsite again.
Therefore no overall rating.

The staff was very friendly.Olumsuz yanlarıMobilehome was dirty (mold, dirty dishes, dirty floor, clogged air conditioning. Cabin and inventory very old. No barrier at the entrance.Not recommended!!!It was so dirty when we arrived that we wanted to leave straight away. As it wasn't possible to cancel, we went to buy some cleaning products and cleaned for a day. This included the kitchen utensils. The kitchen equipment was very limited and cooking for five people was a challenge. The air conditioning... worked but smelled horrible. It was fixed after we complained. After our shopping was stolen from the car (we had only left the car unattended at the campsite for a very short time) we left earlier than planned.

Not too big, but big enough to have everything you need on site. Beach, pool, restaurant, mini-supermarket, table tennis, soccer, separate dog areas, dog meadow and dogs are allowed on the beach. All pitches shaded by trees. Everything very clean, modern sanitary facilities, family showers not yet renovated. Very friendly staff!Olumsuz yanlarıSituated a little away from the town, only accessible on foot or by scooter/bike via a dangerous road, as the beach is closed in the evening.Great placeWe came spontaneously with a motorhome, having booked online the night before without any complications. We got a really great pitch, close to everything.
Everything was very clean and very well looked after by the staff.
There are a lot of Italians on the site, but everyone speaks English.
The pool... was a good size, it was closed at lunchtime until the afternoon. The beach was very clean and we didn't have much seaweed.
There was also a small beach bar.
Two sunbeds with a parasol cost €18/day. We thought that was borderline expensive if you've already paid for the space. It was also a bit complicated to rent them as you had to go to reception. It was not possible to rent at the beach bar or online using a QR code, for example. It was the same for many others, the sunbeds were not very busy, despite the high season.
Fortunately, we were able to extend our stay for another night. As this place is already very far down, there are a lot of people from Italy there. Few German tourists so perfect for those who prefer a more Italian style.
Sanitary facilities very modern and clean. The pitch is on sandy ground and shaded by trees.
The store... on site has everything you need for your daily needs. The beach is right next to the pitch, so you don't need a car or bike. The only criticism is that a lot of seaweed washes up and the beach area near the water is not very inviting.

- Simone W.July 2019Simply greatWe have been here on the site since 23.07.2019 and have only had positive experiences. We rented a maxicaravan and were allowed to move into it at 12 noon on arrival. It is equipped with everything and it should be mentioned here that the operators really react to criticism, because there was a small... starter pack with toilet paper previously this was criticized by previous visitors and lo and behold it was taken seriously. The entertainment team also do their best...the restaurant on the campsite is highly recommended, the pizza is really great and good value. The beach was very clean, well laid out and our sun loungers were in great condition. Renting bikes also went without a hitch. Tomorrow I'll even get one for a short trip to the post office, free of charge. The lady at reception speaks very good German and is always friendly and helpful. Great, simply great!!!!We're unfortunately leaving soon but we'll definitely be back!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

You are welcome here. Even guests with dogs. The dog beach is seamlessly connected to the non-dog beach. The animation offers a constant program for young and old. The offer is there and you are happy to participate... without being forced to do so. Very pleasant. The children's disco was a hit with our children, but it is quite loud. Chemical toilet far, very far away at the back of the CP, across the road.Simply visit Chioggia again....It's not easy to find a campsite with a dog, but here the dog is allowed. Typical Italian campsite with friendly staff. Sanitary in the front part of the CP clean and in order. Pitch with dogs adjacent to the pool so a bit noisy. It's a shame that the earth wall blocks the view of the open sea, which... was good for us because it slowed down the rather strong wind. Market sufficient assortment and the restaurant on site, pizza were good the other menus could have been a little better. I would have thrown the operator out on edge the way he treated his employees. But well, that's Italian. :-). The Italians come to the WE and the place fills up in no time. Uwe M.September 2018Olumlu yanları- Super service and super friendly staff - Ideal starting point for Venice - great clean place - Modern and clean sanitary facilitiesOlumsuz yanları- no direct beachSuper friendly - Great starting point for VeniceAfter we were disappointed by the actual campsite we had booked 3km away, as there was suddenly nothing available, this site was a spontaneous decision to give us somewhere to stay. What a stroke of luck!!! We called at 4pm to see if we could come spontaneously, two people, two dogs, caravan. No problem,... we were told on the phone. The reception was super friendly (even in German!) Since our team is a bit bigger, we were given a large space outside the dog area! Water, waste water and electricity connection at every pitch. Everything looked very new and modern. We were offered information material for our planned visit to Venice, tickets for the boat and shuttle service, which we took straight away. If we didn't need it, we could also give it back! Super service! You can pay on departure, so you are flexible and can shorten or extend your stay. We only pay for the days we are there. The site is shaded by plenty of trees and the pool is large and heated. Small drawback: no private beach access, but free shuttle bus to the beach. Wi-Fi costs €3 for the entire stay, no matter how long you stay. Sanitary facilities (which we used) were modern and clean. There is a small store on site, plus a bistro with ice cream bar by the pool. Departure point for the boat lines to Venice approx. 700m away. It is therefore easy to reach on foot, by bike or by shuttle bus (or by car, there are many parking lot providers). Cost: 29€ per night (low season) for two adults, two dogs, caravan, absolutely ok for what is on offer. Next time go straight here! With the ACSI card, the price in the low season is very reasonable compared to the surrounding campsites. The sanitary building by the swimming pool and the restaurant have been completely renovated. Nice excursions to Venice or the Po Delta are possible. In the evening, there's never a dull moment on the beach promenade in Sottomarina. By bike to the Isola Verde, to Chioggia (only partly beautiful cycle paths) and over the Brenta and Adige to Rosolina Mare. The campsite has 3 sanitary buildings. A newly renovated one by the swimming pool. There is also a new restaurant.... The pitches have water and waste water. The ACSI card applies to all of them. The sandy beach at Sottomarina is the narrowest towards the sea, right by the Miramare, but there is still plenty of space. It is usually very quiet except on weekends when the Italians invade their permanent pitches. Very friendly staff, they speak German, English, Italian and certainly more, but I didn't have to test it :) The campsite is divided by a narrow road, but we were only in the front area, which borders directly on the beach, so I can't say anything about the... other part. Everything was well-kept, the lawns on the pitches were of course already well "milled" by the heat and changing traffic from motorhomes and other vehicles. Very pretty, colorful eye-catchers with flower pots and the trees make the whole thing even more beautiful. Sanitary facilities were super clean at all times (we were there in August/September 2016). Restaurant interior somewhat simply furnished (plastic chairs and tables, but I think with visitors who sometimes come with sandshoes and wet bathing suits, this can hardly be regulated otherwise, and after all it is a campsite and not a hotel :) The food is great. Staff seemed a bit hectic/stressed at the beginning, but after a cheerful word it was suddenly better (as one calls into the forest ;)) Beach area very well maintained, only dog owners don't stick to the rules: There are clear guidelines as to when dogs are allowed in which beach area, but you probably don't care, right? It would be desirable for the campsite operator to visit the beach more often and point this out. Wifi is extremely expensive, we hope for a change/alignment with most places in Europe, where wifi is often free or at least offered on a weekly/daily basis at a reasonable price. (Currently 1 hour/ 2 EUR. Conclusion: We will be back, it was just great :) The above mentioned criticisms do not outweigh the great vacation in life :)Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

The campsite is divided by a road. The rear part is very quiet. There are sanitary facilities and a playground. However, it is about 350m to the sandy beach. The front part of the campsite is right on the beach, but you can also walk longer or shorter distances... to the beach here (20-200 m). In this part there is a children's disco every evening from 9pm to 11pm. The program is exactly the same every day with the same sequence of songs. At the weekends there is also a disco on the adjacent campsite, which has its pool and entertainment right behind the campsite boundary. So you get loud music from 2 sides. The beach is cleared in the morning with a small tractor. Unfortunately, the beach is not cleaned of algae and dirt. The algae are then in the water and form large areas that you have to walk through (I don't like this at all). The water is very shallow and you can safely go out about 30 to 40 meters - even children. Unfortunately, this causes the sand to be stirred up a lot and you are always swimming in a mixture of water and sand. Although I'm a good swimmer, I couldn't swim out far enough for the water to clear. The restaurant at the campsite is okay, but the waiter is very easily stressed and therefore seems very unfriendly. There is a 2nd children's playground right next to it. The small supermarket has a good selection for breakfast and snacks. The sanitary facilities should be renovated. The women's toilets are still old and you have to go to the toilet standing up. As there are only 4 "normal" toilets, these are always occupied. They are only cleaned once a day (approx. after midday). This is borderline in the evening from about 6 pm, when everyone goes to the showers. There was only one garbage bin by the dishwashing sinks and it was already full in the evening. The pitches are straight, well shaded and have electricity. However, the electricity is so low that the "FI" goes off at every little thing. A quick call to reception is all it takes for a member of staff to come round and flip the switch again. There are about 15 mobile homes lined up in a row. One after the other and you always look at the back of each mobile home. The outside of these mobile homes is very dated, but they were always very well occupied.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
