Will is always on hand with help and advice when needed. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there. Shopping facilities 6 km away (Dransfeld). In the morning there were always fresh bread rolls to order.
The pitches are relatively large,... partly separated by hedges. There are pitches with and without shade.
We were there with a motorhome and got a pitch on the main pitch (next to the service building) in the low season. The owner couple take care of the site and their guests with great attention to detail.
Children are very welcome here, as are dogs.
The small natural campsite impresses with its simplicity, here you can switch... off and forget all your worries for a moment. A small stream runs through the middle of the campsite, which is ideal for children to play in. A trampoline, several different vehicles and a small playground are also available to the children free of charge.
The toilets and showers are unisex, simple, clean and sufficient.
The pilgrims' path runs directly alongside the campsite and is easy to walk along.

We felt at home here from the very first minute.
The campsite is idyllically situated in the beautiful Niemetal, for us as hikers a great starting point for beautiful tours in the Lower Saxony - Hessian... border area.
The sanitary facilities were cleaned every day and were completely adequate for us. No fancy campsite and if you are looking for peace, relaxation or beautiful nature, this is the place for you.

The pitches are very close to nature, partly sunny or shady by the stream or forest and partly in small hollows so that you have peace and quiet almost everywhere. With a dog or for hiking or cycling,... you can be on your way quickly directly from the site. Hiking trails lead past the site. The operators are very nice and committed and work with great attention to detail so that all campers feel comfortable. There is a welcome coffee on arrival. In general, everything is very relaxed, uncomplicated and laid-back. There are lots of play opportunities for children in the adjacent forest or stream, as well as vehicles, a trampoline and a small playground. Due to the location in the forest and by the stream, it is very close to nature and quiet, but there is also no good internet and cell phone reception. The sanitary facilities are unisex for everyone, simple but OK. In the immediate vicinity there are beautiful cycle paths along the Weser, Sababurg Zoo, Parrot Park in Herstelle, Bad Karlshafen with Skywalk, excursion boats on the Weser, primeval forest near Sababurg, towns such as Hann. Münden, Göttingen. The small restaurants offer a fine selection of dishes. The Niemetalburger is highly recommended. The operators are Dutch and very friendly and helpful. You can buy almost nothing on site, but bread rolls for breakfast are available. There is a lot to see within a radius... of 20 km. The de Roon couple constantly strive to fulfill their guests' every wish to the best of their ability. The place is clean and well-kept and, in our estimation, will certainly gain a lot more.... The food is very good, only the menu could be a bit bigger, but perhaps it will expand on its own as the number of guests increases. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The campsite has one or two areas that still need some work, but that will happen, the operators can only work, which is what they do all day. Dogs are very welcome. And we have absolutely no regrets. A great place. This is our idea of camping. Registration was easy via the contact form and without any advance payments. Very commendable. The approach... from the north proved to be very challenging over the last 5 km with our 13.5 m long trailer, but it worked. The direct driveway on the site (hairpin bend) was also not possible due to the size of our trailer. Reversing into the driveway and turning around on the pitch worked. We received a very friendly welcome from the owners. They were very helpful and reserved a sufficiently large pitch for us. The site itself is beautifully embedded in nature. No permanent camper castles, which I personally always find annoying on many sites. Instead, there are different types of campers, from motorhomes and caravans to tent campers. A cozy fireplace instead of an animation temple, a beautiful, idyllic stream instead of a brilliant aqua park and an always friendly and helpful owner couple. This is our idea of camping. The simplicity here has a special charm and offers a high recreational value. Our children (13 and 9) felt very, very comfortable. They didn't want to leave the campsite, not even to go to the swimming pool (and that's saying something). They would rather play in the stream on the campsite or watch the trout. Clean sanitary facilities are very important to us. We also had them here. The only downside for us was the unisex toilets and washroom. We don't think that's so great. I would normally deduct at least 1 star for this, but because it was so nice there overall, we still gave it 5 stars. Our recommendation for the site: Long and wide caravans should approach the site from the south (Dransfeld). This is no problem. On the site itself: Simply enjoy the peace and quiet and let the children play in nature.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

The Dutch owners really care about the well-being of their guests and are very accommodating. We were completely satisfied. Our little one didn't want to leave. Beautiful, more than sufficiently large pitches, nature, a babbling brook and an immediate helping hand from the good soul of the site made setting up the caravan a pleasure. The site is characterized by its tranquillity and child-friendliness. It is less suitable... for older children, as there is a little less going on here - but that is exactly what makes it special for campers looking for peace and idyll. The bread rolls are freshly baked in the morning - great! Showers and toilets were always clean - great! Showers and toilets unisex - unusual but appropriate for an uncomplicated campsite and we were positively impressed - good! W - LAN free of charge and with good reception - many operators can take a leaf out of their book - and it gets even better: showers without stamps. Another thing that contributes to an uncomplicated vacation. We particularly liked the peace and quiet on the campsite. You are woken up in the morning by birdsong. There is no noisy main road or railroad line nearby. The sanitary facilities are modernized and sufficiently available. They are also usually very clean thanks to daily cleaning. We quickly got used to the unisex sanitary facilities.
