The staff is very nice and helpful, the location on the Rhine is very good. There are no shopping facilities directly on site, but it's just a 5-minute walk into town. There are several stores there. The sanitary facilities are somewhat older and in a condition commensurate with their age, but not dirty. The owner is very nice, always does his rounds on the site and looks after things. Nice pool! There... is a restaurant on the site, but we didn't eat here and can't say anything about the quality. There is free WiFi in the restaurant/pool area, which is also available in some areas of the campsite. German mobile network is very poor (no LTE). Very reasonable prices.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

NOT RECOMMENDEDThis campsite should never be called a campsite! Families with children are not welcome! The senior is extremely unfriendly and prejudiced! Children are shouted at if they are a little louder, which is normal for children aged 3. You only get shower tokens if the senior is in a good mood and has eaten.... My son didn't get any shower tokens because the senior "didn't feel like it now", so he had to take a cold shower. Sanitary facilities are cleaned about once a week! As 2 families with small children, we were looking for a relaxing weekend in late summer. We were met with unfriendliness as soon as we arrived. We didn't feel welcome even though we had booked in advance. Despite the empty meadow, short-stay guests are only offered... gravel pitches, as this would supposedly be less hassle. The whole atmosphere on the site is hostile. As strangers, we were perceived as a nuisance by the permanent campers and had two confrontations on arrival. The view of the Rhine was nice and the walks in the surrounding area were also good. The sanitary facilities were smelly, the toilets didn't flush anything away despite lots of water and the shower holders slipped everywhere. Paper was often missing. The comment that the restaurant is closed as many days as there are days in the week was also true during our stay. Free wifi is available if you are not too far away from reception. The cleanliness of the entire sanitary area was really ok. But would we stay here again? - Nicola B.August 2015Olumlu yanlarıclose to Switzerland l clean sanitary facilities, albeit rustic, small poolOlumsuz yanlarıService is not good at all, the street is loud from 5 am, restaurant not very invitingBasically okay - if the service were betterWe spent 3 nights here to meet up with friends in Switzerland. The price-performance ratio is okay - we paid 75 euros for 3 nights including electricity for 3 people and a caravan with electricity. Compared to Swiss prices, this is really okay - and a real alternative if you actually want to visit Switzerland,... but it's very expensive there. The pitch itself was okay - the lawn was reasonably mowed and well maintained. There was electricity, but no comfort pitches with water and waste water. The road could be heard relatively loudly from 5 o'clock in the morning. We would describe the sanitary facilities as rustic, but they were clean and tidy. You need shower tokens to shower, but we didn't manage to use up all the hot water. We would have liked to try the restaurant, but it was more than rustic and uninviting, so we preferred to go to the local restaurant, in this case a Greek with a German name, which we are happy to recommend here. Good food - nice service, reasonable prices! The service at the campsite, on the other hand, was below par. It started with the reservation. As we had arranged to meet friends for an evening, I had asked by email if we could borrow chairs. I also wanted a confirmation of the reservation as we were still on summer vacation. After I hadn't received a reply after 10 days, I called the campsite again and was told that they generally don't answer emails. On arrival, I showed my camping cards (acsi, Dcc, ADAC), which nobody was interested in. On the day of departure, I went to reception for the first time shortly after 10am to pay, only to be told that the manager was not there. I was assured that he would be back shortly. This then took a total of 1 hour. I had already "threatened" several times that we would transfer the money otherwise. After the CP operator was finally back on site, I showed him my discount cards (adac, Dcc, Acsi) and asked if they would be of any use. I was literally snapped at and insulted as to why I hadn't shown them on arrival. After I replied that I had already shown them on arrival, I wasn't dignified with another word. On arrival, the owner didn't have much time for us, even though we arrived in an unusual way (namely by tow truck), because he supposedly had to expel a group of "Jehovah's Witnesses" from the site - that's bad !!!!! You have to be careful which denomination you belong to, and even if you are completely neutral, where we are, you should think about whether you really want to visit this place or whether you would rather drive on....... Conclusion: a simple site close to Switzerland, with clean, rustic sanitary facilities and a reasonable price-performance ratio. The service and friendliness leave a lot to be desired. For this reason alone, we would not visit the site a second time - what a shame!!!'Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
