Straightforward reservation and payment (on arrival). Our pitch no. 4 was on the quietly babbling Laasphe and had its own small sanitary block with shower, toilet, washbasin and sink. The pitches are large and so is the toilet block.
We were there for a week and didn't actually need to put up an awning as there was a small kitchen in the sanitary block next to the shower and toilet,... and there was room for 3 chairs and a table in the anteroom. Everything was clean and ready to use. However, I don't know if it's that big on all pitches, we were on no. 17. If you want to explore from here by camper, car or motorcycle, you're in good hands here. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the town center with our dog (who dawdles).Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

The small sanitary building is great. The landlady lives on the site herself and regularly goes on tours with the owner. Both are very nice.
Ideal for winding motorcycle tours, as the roads are in very good condition.
Worth... seeing: Marburg (in the footsteps of the Brothers Grimm).
Restaurant recommendation: Berghütte zur Teufelskanzel (within walking distance), communicative operator Micha.
We were the loudest ourselves because we met other bikers there and had a nice chat in the evening.

The washbasin, toilet and shower have not been cleaned for weeks. The central garbage container with the bulky waste is right next to the pitch. The whole thing for 19 EUR a night! The permanent campers ensure a very well-kept environment. The private sanitary block offers a certain level of comfort, even if you have to keep it clean yourself. Those who enjoy walking will find a varied... wooded area in the immediate vicinity. However, if you want to hike actively, you will be disappointed by the signposted hiking trails in and around Bad Laasphe. We spent a wonderful week here and would love to come back. The owner of the site has found a very nice caretaker who breathes new life into the site. The young lady was really super friendly and was always on site, taking care of everything with joy and the necessary composure. The pitch... itself is small and very clean. Each pitch has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. This was also clean and tidy. It is ideal for hiking or cycling tours or just relaxing. There is no bistro or kiosk. But there are plenty of shops in the town. The site warden could also recommend several restaurants. All in all, a super nice site with friendly staff and fellow campers. We found it exciting that each pitch has its own bathroom, which was unfortunately very outdated. We used the toilet, but did the rest in the camper van. You can tell that the site doesn't necessarily seem to be the main source of income for the operator, but that's not a bad thing. The pitch was OK - sufficient for our purposes. - Annette F.October 2015Olumlu yanlarıQuiet location, friendly operators, nice interaction with each other.Olumsuz yanlarıSomewhat old-fashioned CP but that didn't really bother us.Small owner-managed CP friendly and OK.On the CP Laasphetal we spent a short vacation in autumn 2015 which unfortunately was a bit unfavorable because in our bathroom house the hot water boiler broke down on the 2nd day and could not be repaired. We were then assigned a 2nd sanitary building that we could use for showering. That was a bit... inconvenient but as a camper you are flexible. The unexpected frost that paralyzed the outdoor showers also diminished the joy somewhat. The somewhat outdated site is in a very nice location and the operator as well as a permanent camper there were friendly and helpful. The CP is in my opinion lovingly and functionally equipped and on the existing 30 plots are about 15 permanent campers but not all were present. I think in a warm summer it is really fun to experience camping there again in an almost original form and those who are really looking for peace and quiet are in good hands there. The shopping facilities are all within walking distance. In the industrial area there is Lidl, Aldi, Edeka and Rewe. Also worth mentioning is the butcher's shop Reuter in Bad Laasphe, where you can get a good and cheap lunch or meat and sausage of excellent quality. At weekends, it is worth visiting the Bergasthof Didoll between Puderbach and Richstein. The chef there prepares very good schnitzel with what seemed to me to be home-made sauces and home-made chips (sliced potatoes). We actually wanted to stay the whole week but because of the early frost we only stayed from Saturday to Tuesday. But even so we were able to go on 2 nice hikes around Bad Laaspe. Something seems to be happening at the moment as a construction crew arrived on the day of departure to help us with the coupling. The guys hadn't really expected to find any vacation campers. We would love to come back again on a summer vacation.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

You can walk to the town of Bad Laasphe and there are many restaurants and shops within easy reach. The campsite is ideally located for hiking/mountain biking around the Rothaarsteig. If you expect luxury and service on the site, you are wrong. Price/performance absolutely OK.
