Not recommended for permanent campers. We had major irregularities with the electricity bill. We were supposed to pay 310 euros for an annual bill, even though we could prove that we were only on the site for two days. The management was not prepared to compromise, even though we had been permanent campers for more than five years. I could tell you about several more unpleasant incidents with the management, but I won't repeat them. I didn't feel welcome, but my money was apparently always very welcome.

You are very quickly on the beach, it is also very quiet on the square

There are no bread rolls or anything else . Wlan also not . Has VERY few places for the traveling people
Little space for the traveling people
The place is firmly in the hands of permanent campers, very few places for the traveling people. The registration is happy to help you if you have a problem. This is also not bad . in Max 100 meters you are on the beach , as well as various cafes and restaurants . There is also a bus stop just around... the corner that goes to Cuxhaven. It took some getting used to that the sanitary facilities only open with a chip card. You always had to have it with you. The place design is now not so that.

If you are bothered by the many permanent campers and the neighboring buildings
Beautiful campsite characterized by permanent campers
We stayed at the campsite for 3 nights during the Whitsun vacation. The reception was friendly and professional. The sanitary facilities were very clean and well maintained, but you can't shower without 50 cent pieces. Actually not so bad but the deposit machine is outside the showers which takes some getting used to. The beach is just 200 meters away. No shopping facilities on site, but within walking distance in the village.
