The campsite is located in the middle of a green oasis with its own thermal river and not far from the thermal lake (300 m). Large pitches on grass, fenced off with well-kept hedges and all connected to electricity and fresh water! The sanitary facilities were very clean and in good condition! Everything is to our complete satisfaction and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The nearby thermal bath river (approx. 35*) is brilliant and free of charge. It takes 3 minutes to get to the lake and 6 minutes to walk to the city center, which are the biggest advantages. The sanitary facilities are a bit old, but clean. German is spoken, mostly senior citizens. Wifi is very... good, there are free e-bikes to rent at the thermal lake. Unfortunately quite expensive by Hungarian standards, we paid 27 euros in the low season, all inclusive. If you compare this with the Rosengarten or Panorama CP in Héviz, we are paying twice as much. The pitches are relatively small, but the site is well guarded. Der D.June 2013Ideal location to the warm thermal lake. Staff very helpful and friendly. The sanitary facilities are good, restaurants in the village are within easy reach. We recommend the restaurants on the vineyard with a beautiful view. Lake Balaton can be reached via cycle paths in about 30-40 minutes. The place is less suitable for children. The outflow of the nearby thermal lake of Heviz flows through the site. The famous thermal lake is only about 300 meters from the site. The pitches are generously parceled out, the sanitary facilities are as good as new and clean. There is a small store right next to the site and a restaurant nearby.
