The reception was friendly; I was told that as a tourist camper I could have checked in before lunchtime (a phone call beforehand is therefore recommended). At check-in, prepayment for the entire stay is required (cash / ec / credit... card). The staff is nice and friendly, but remains largely anonymous; as there is a changing staff at the reception, for example, at least name tags or shirts embroidered with names and a more personal greeting would be helpful and appropriate. On the tourist site, you can choose an unparceled, free meadow pitch yourself, and the direction of pitching is not prescribed; the car can stay with the caravan. Depending on the position of the sun, some pitches are shaded from time to time. There is a power supply box centrally located in the tourist area for approx. 8 connections. A water tap is located at the edge of the tourist pitch. There is (still) no map of the site, so you have to look for or ask about all the facilities (as a newcomer it is easy to get lost on the large site). There were no useful signposts or signposts in the area, only wooden signs with area names (probably permanent camping areas). Very beautiful, large bathing lake (newly created in 2018/2019) with a long, wide, fine sandy beach and large sunbathing lawn with (still?) patchy grass cover and many earthy areas, partly shaded by tall trees; the entrance to the lake is shallow and marked with a leash for non-swimmers. As usual, dogs are not allowed at the bathing lake (unfortunately, not everyone abides by this); however, there is a large, fenced-in dog exercise and bathing area with a bench at the back of the lake; unfortunately, there are no signposts to this area, so many dog owners are unaware of this and walk their dogs in the area. The two sanitary buildings are outdated and urgently need to be renovated. For example, the "small" wash house (behind the main building) only has a changing room with lockers and very few shower cubicles without shelves and only a few open washbasins instead of wash cubicles; in the event that the shower or wash facilities are occupied, there are no waiting areas in either sanitary building, just a bench outside. The toilets are functionally in order, and there is good toilet paper and also a supply of it. The lighting is already automated via sensors, but there is still a lot of potential for saving on the water fittings in the showers and at the washbasins. The mostly calcified taps vary from cabin to cabin, the set temperature is not thermostatically controlled but reacts very slowly, the showers run on a timer for quite a long time and cannot be turned off manually, so a lot of water is wasted here. On the positive side, the use of the showers is included in the basic price, so you don't have to fiddle around with coins. The fact that you walk from outside with street shoes directly into the sanitary areas means that a lot of earthy dirt is carried onto the damp tiled floors, which makes a constantly dirty impression, even if it has just been cleaned. The sinks in the washing-up area are good, but the two-handle taps are no longer up to date, are difficult to adjust to a desired temperature and require constant readjustment after switching off, which leads to a waste of water. There are also no drain plugs on the sinks. Open Wi-Fi is available and freely accessible, but only near the main building, not on the pitch. DVB-T2 television reception on the tourist pitch was only possible with poor signal strength and intermittent failures despite the external antenna on the caravan roof; in addition, only 10-13 public service channels were receivable, but no ZDF (!) and no 3SAT, etc. Many (mostly stationary) campers use satellite antennas, provided they have a clear view of the sky. Bread rolls have to be pre-ordered and pre-paid for the next morning, cost 50 cents (!) each and are probably baked goods and not fresh from the bakery. Basically, I can recommend the site for a stay of a few days because of the great bathing lake; according to my observations, many campers only stay one or two nights. Lunch break from 13:00 - 15:00 (during this time the barriers are closed). As a camper with a tent you need an adapter, which we were lent directly. Lots of campers here, but still quiet and relaxing. Lake right next to the site, next to... it there is some play equipment for children. There is also a large playground on the site. Situated in the forest... great atmosphere and simply cozy. The check-in was friendly and uncomplicated.... We were there with the tent and camped on the tent meadow at the Badese... LOVELY! The only drawback: all the dog excrement in the "beach" of the bathing lake, not so nice. The lady from the kiosk was great :) - Thanks for the super fresh bread rolls! The toilet house at the bathing lake... very practical, but not so clean =( I watched the cleaner on the day of departure in the morning... she didn't change the cloth or the water once.... The bucket of water was already black after the first wipe - a pity and unfortunately a minus point. Delicious fresh bread rolls can be ordered in advance in the morning and you can also buy one or two things in the small kiosk at moderate prices. The site is in a great location just a few km from the Heidepark or the Soltau outlet center. The sanitary... facilities fully fulfill their purpose and were always clean. If you are looking for relaxation and peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The large tent meadow at the bathing lake is also great. It's a very nice campsite in a wooded area with a swimming lake and a great playground for the little ones. It's definitely a nice place to stay in summer. - Sabsi M.September 2011Apart from the hard jet in the showers and the smoking cleaning lady in the sanitary facilities, we had absolutely nothing to complain about here. As we were the only campers, we stayed on the main pitch, which in itself was very atmospheric. We later found out that the camping area was normally by the... adjacent lake. Too bad, because it was really great there! The people there were very nice, the surroundings were fantastic and the site is also very well equipped for families, as there are lots of play facilities - not to mention the swimming lake. The site itself has a kiosk where you can get everything your heart desires. The bread rolls are fresh and good. The permanent campers are very open-minded and interested in new arrivals. In general, it was really great there. The Heidepark is only a few kilometers away by bike. TOP!!! We would love to come back!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
