With the exception of the 12 or so gravelled pitches near the reception, the pitches are all on a sloping meadow on a slight slope. Some skill is therefore required to align the caravan. The sanitary facilities... and service buildings are quite modern and clean, the staff are a little distant and not so motivated in the low season. Otherwise a quiet site with a beautiful view of the lake. The huge meadow is very sloping, making it difficult to set up caravans and motorhomes. However, the sanitary facilities were the very worst. Not only a small number but also defective (men's toilet and shower), only one of two shower cubicles usable. Lack of cleanliness. The staff seemed unmotivated. Sloping tent pitch, but it works. Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities could be better. It's a long way out, but it's worth it. The site is close to Östersund and is easy to reach by bike. The site consists of a steeply sloping meadow, which makes pitching the caravan problematic. Very wet when it rains. Ulrich M.June 2012Well laid out site with good infrastructure. Good asphalt roads make driving and parking comfortable. The pitch is a "large meadow" that slopes down from the road to the lake - giving a wonderful view over the campsite to the lake. Sanitary building functional and clean. Nice staff at reception. Occasional... low-flying airplanes to the nearby airfield and in the "rush hour" driving noise from the road traffic. However, some of the sanitary facilities are across the main road and not very spacious. They are therefore correspondingly "clean". There is almost no traffic on the road at night. Nevertheless, the site is less suitable for families with small children because... of the road. The bathing facilities are modest. Conclusion: not suitable for a longer stay. However, very nice for 1-2 nights. Excursion tip: Injured and orphaned moose are reared at the moose breeding station "Moose Garden" (N 63.11105° E 14.44113°).Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
