The campsite is beautifully situated in the middle of the rushing river. Erwin was immediately ready to give us tips for excursions (also in other parts of Romania).... True freedom and true nature! Perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in the Western Carpathians. The hosts are very helpful and always have a solution and advice for their guests! Very friendly hosts and a well-kept grass pitch are on offer. Toilets with showers and washing machine, as well as WiFi and electricity are available. Starting point for various hikes. A lovingly furnished log cabin that comes highly recommended. As so often before, we were able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the Sipos family on their fantastic property. An ideal starting... point for off-road tours in the Western Carpathians. Beautiful infrastructure just a few hundred meters away. A warm welcome from the owners (the Sipos family) and a very relaxing stay at the camping site. Waking up in the morning by the sounds of the river Aries, the birds and the cowbells in the neighbors meadow. A fantastic place for hiking:... the Padis region with the dolinas, caves, gorges and canyons are all to reach from the camping place, some with half day walks, others with long day tours through the mountains, but always a spectacular scenery.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

If you want a German QM-qualified campsite, you won't be happy here. Everyone else all the more so. We had a completely relaxed week with him. Our two girls (aged 3 and 7) also needed and enjoyed the peace and quiet at Erwin's after the long drive... and the exhausting weeks at school and nursery beforehand. The journey was a bit difficult as I simply used the GPS coordinates from camping.info and these ended in the middle of the village. As we don't speak Romanian and hardly anyone in the ABC stores speaks English or German, it was difficult to find Erwin, especially as he had replaced his old wooden bridge (which you can see in a few photos) with a concrete one. Erwin himself is helpful with everything. Getting to know each other as "strangers" is always a question mark at first.
But nature is the great mediator here, as is human openness.
Our GPS coordinates have been tested by various... devices and are ok up to the entrance bridge. However, the signal in the valley fluctuates depending on the weather and time.
We are always in contact, especially for guests who book in advance.

Rolf K.July 2010A very simple site with few parking spaces. The bridge crossing and the ascents and descents are a little challenging. According to the owner, the bridge has a load capacity of 5 tons. So you should know the weight of your trailer or vehicle. Vehicles with a very long overhang may have a little trouble driving off the bridge. There are two bathrooms and toilets in the house, which are only used by guests when our site is occupied. (The site operators then use their own chemical toilets and there are two outhouses... in the back garden). As the site consists of three terraces and there is also a 50 m long strip next to the river, the number of pitches is greater. (Note Erwin Sipos)Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
