Super friendly!The campsite is beautifully situated in the middle of orchards and it's not far to the forest. The grounds are extremely well maintained and the pool is beautifully nestled in them.
The sanitary facilities are always clean and in perfect condition, as is the washing-up area.
The restaurant is highly... recommended. Cuisine with regional food and wines.
Very friendly service.
We were there with 2 dogs, no problem at all. There are plenty of places to walk the dogs within easy reach. Please bring your own bags! The bins in the dog toilets were not always stocked with bags. Fortunately, we had enough of them at Amazon.

We actually wanted to stay in the castle courtyard in Lana, but everything was occupied there.
We were given a business card from here at reception.
We were really surprised by this small, clean and cozy place situated between "apple... orchards" in a small village.
It is highly recommended.
The restaurant is small and appealing.
If you have a car, you can be in Lana in 15 minutes (the golf course is also nice there) and in Merano in 30 minutes.

Only the lighting in the sanitary facilities could be a little better. An appeal to the guests: even the best cleaning lady cannot maintain cleanliness if the guests cannot behave themselves. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived and immediately felt welcome.
The pool area is a real highlight - clean, well maintained and perfect for relaxing.
Very good and well-kept sanitary facilities.
The restaurant... on the campsite is not only beautifully designed, but also offers excellent service. The staff are always friendly and courteous. We were delighted with the quality and taste of the food in the restaurant.
In the morning you can buy bread rolls, which is a great extra and rounds off the overall package.
The campsite is well located and you can easily get to Lana, Merano or Bolzano with the guest card.
The area is beautiful and invites you to go on numerous excursions and hikes.
We will definitely come here again.

Thank you for your review, but we would like to point out the following.
You requested a deluxe pitch, which was also offered. There are also fewer trees on the deluxe pitches with regard to the satellite system.
We very often receive requests for the pitch you occupied. It is popular... with guests.
We have taken on board the comment about the somewhat darker sanitary facilities and are already working on a solution.
As you were able to move into the pitch before the official check-in at 12 noon and the previous pitch had just been vacated, we did not have the opportunity to mow the pitch. We wanted to give you the opportunity to move into the pitch immediately as you were only our guest for 3 days. We have never been told that we have an unkempt pitch in 16 years.
However, we are very surprised that you rated our sanitary facilities with a 2 for cleanliness and this does not correspond to the ratings of other guests. It also affects our employees when you rate the friendliness as mediocre. We often hear compliments about our competent, friendly staff.
We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
We would have liked to have discussed this with you personally immediately after your arrival, especially with regard to the pitch. Perhaps we could have found a satisfactory solution for you.
