In the wild Maulde Valley, in the heart of the Limousin, Lous Suais campsite is located on the shore of a magnificent lake. The campsite is a pleasant size and offers a variety of pitches. Caravans, motorhomes and tents are …all welcome at Lous Suais. The pitches are grassy or partly gravelled. In this still unspoilt region, you can enjoy the purity of the place and the curves of the deciduous forest hills. This privileged environment invites you to rest and relax. The lake offers you the opportunity for swimming and boating (you can also moor), as well as windsurfing, canoeing and pedalo trips. The lake is large enough for anglers to find a quiet place. The site has a foyer with a bar and restaurant. You can also take part in the communal meals that are organised for all campers once a week. Ice cream and cold drinks, as well as French fries, are available on the terrace. For your relaxation, we have provided a table tennis table, a children's playground with a paddling pool, a volleyball court, a boules court and a place for campfires and barbecues. During the summer holidays, all sorts of activities are organised, such as open-mike evenings, table tennis tournaments, boules competitions, face painting, barbecues, hikes, etc. We also welcome your suggestions. Bread and pastries are available daily on the premises. Shopping is possible in Bujaleuf, 3 km away, or in the small medieval town of St Léonard de Noblat, 14 km away. Limoges, 35 km away, is well worth a visit for its famous porcelain, its Boucherie district, its museums, its churches and a wide range of cultural activities. In addition, the area around the campsite offers numerous opportunities for sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis or golf.
