Very nice WW-Womo meadow and separate tent meadow. Boats and equipment are above average and in mint condition. Infrastructure, sanitary and outdoor facilities are very, very well maintained. The manager and staff are absolutely... friendly and helpful. Prices are low to average. Supermarket, bakery, butcher within five kilometers. Cycling along the river is a pleasure with plenty of refreshment stops. Off the beaten track is sometimes challenging. Canoeing is the best you could wish for. The river is smooth as glass, has a noticeable flow speed without shallows, has an incredible number of entrances/exits, no weirs or bottom slides and the locks are very easy to navigate and don't slow you down. Great for experienced paddlers and a must for the first attempt.

An insider tip that must not remain a secret.

You are virtually right on the Unstrut with your camper van. The site is very well maintained and in a quiet location. The operators are very friendly. The site is kept close to nature. You don't need permanent floodlighting here. The rooster from the neighboring property still wakes you up. The site and the sanitary building are well maintained.... The supply of regional products is guaranteed. The site owners are always available and very friendly.
We recommend: the Unstrut cycle path or a canoe tour and the local winegrower,

Extremely nice operator, who visibly tries to fulfill the wishes of his customers. The sanitary facilities are okay, not top class, but you wouldn't expect that from a mini pitch. It's not particularly big, but there are hardly any motorhomes and the like. There is a fridge for campers but it is too small for everyone. The toilets and showers (with brand) are modern. We rented a canoe one afternoon and paddled off. We were... also picked up again. Wonderful. You can easily swim in the Unstrut, which was refreshing when boiled. Also directly at the campsite. For children this campsite is suitable because there are many concerts and you can make campfires etc.. When all the kids are in bed... It is quiet. Very nice place. Right in the center of culture, history and wine (Rotkäppchen Sektkellerei Freyburg, Naumburg Cathedral, Nebra Sky Disk), this is the ideal starting point for tours by boat or bike. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are rather modest. 2 showers each for ladies and gentlemen (one of them was defective) The area for brushing teeth was in the toilet anteroom. There was neither a shelf nor warm water in the wash-up area....
