It's very quiet. There's everything I need inside apart from the market, but it doesn't make any difference to me. The bathrooms are always being cleaned The swimming pools are "3 steps" from where I stay There's a café and a restaurant with a terrace where you can sit outside There's a dam where you can also go The people are generally friendly Parking space Space to set up tents Quick to answer questions The fact that you can see the stars so clearly is fascinating There's enough shade to be comfortable outside. At night, it's cool enough that you don't feel sick.

One year the pools were closed for maintenance 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was the only situation and even then I didn't have a bad vacation

In short, it's one of my favorite places to spend my vacations and I plan to go this year because the last two years I didn't really enjoy the whole park.
The food in the restaurant is good
The café is quiet and I love spending the afternoon there or by the pool.
There was a motorcycle event in 2015... if I'm not mistaken and I really enjoyed it because it was a little different from other years and more lively. It was only 2 or 3 days so it didn't interfere at all with the enjoyment of the vacation.
I'm looking forward to getting away for a while this year.

Hard ground, camping area not by the road with no trees, customer service, not solving problems

Honestly, the first time I was here I thought it was a fantastic park because it has pleasant scenery and good facilities for changing rooms, cafés, etc (although it doesn't have a mini market), but the disappointment was this weekend when, because of the motorcycle event, as a tourism expert I saw that... the park gives more importance to events and large groups and not to customers who go as a family or couple. For example, the park has areas for groups, areas for motorhomes, areas for houses and fixed plots and an area for free camping. However, it is forbidden to camp in these areas other than the free camping zones. This weekend, with the event, they gave PRIORITY to the event, with the entire campsite available for the event. My question is: what happens to people who want to go to the campsite outside the event? Aren't they customers equally? In my opinion, just as there are group zones, bungalow zones or fixed zones, in this type of event there should be zones just for free camping outside the event so as not to mix up the customers of the event with the customers who want to spend a weekend at the park. The customer service I received the first time was excellent. This time, when I had the problem of asking the park if they could stop allowing motorcycle 'rallies' in the free camping area, the answer was that 'they had the whole park at their disposal to do with as they pleased'. Bearing in mind that outside the park there were plenty of roads to ride motorcycles on and that many campers and families had small children around the tents with their parents, for the park to allow an event like this, with motorcycles and vehicles to ride around at will, didn't sit well with me. And as they said 'every year there is this event and they will continue to do what they want because it is already a fixed event' I just hope that no accidents ever happen to anyone, as almost happened Sunday morning with a neighboring family who had a motorcycle in the tent next door, because the motorcycle almost took a child in front because of the speeds. But the family ended up leaving the campsite just as I did. And to finish off, I'd like to say that I have an association of tourism students in Madrid with more than 400 members. After what I saw this weekend, it's completely out of the question to do any kind of activities on this campsite with my association. Best regards.

I spent 3 days at this campsite, and I loved it!!! we were 2 couples and it was a day of pure relaxation. the staff are extremely friendly! The hygiene throughout the park is fantastic. We also visited the bungalows and we really wanted to come back, which we will...

Good afternoon, I really liked the campsite, it's a nice place, with a swimming pool and a river beach, although the beach isn't very well maintained. It's a very nice place to spend a few days, Avis is also a very pretty town to explore. It's definitely a place I wouldn't mind returning to. The only major problem for those going with a tent is the ground, which is difficult to stake down, but it is a park with a considerable amount of shade.
