Sanitary facilities are very outdated and are not being renovated.A lot has changed for the worse!We have been coming to this campsite for about 10 years. Until the change of ownership, the residence was a cozy family place. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we have noticed in recent years that we campers are no longer really welcome. More and more pitches are being replaced with mobile homes.... Of course...they earn twice as much. These homes take the charm out of the whole place. The pool is terribly overcrowded, which is not a problem for us because we prefer the beach.
This year the check-in procedure has been reorganized. Unfortunately, much to the camper's chagrin. Previously, you were allowed on the pitch from 7.00 a.m. if it was already free. Today you have to wait until you are "maybe" called during the morning. The site is supposedly inspected to make sure everything is ok. We still didn't receive a call at 11.00 am. When I asked a competent member of staff at reception, I was told that we could go to the pitch. Many other campers must have experienced this too.
The showers are getting worse from year to year. Shower heads are totally calcified. Half of the shower cubicles in the men's washroom at the back were broken. Repairs are only carried out sporadically, if at all. There is no soap to wash your hands after using the toilet.
The restaurant on site is totally disorganized. The food is ok so far. You can't go wrong with pizza either.
On the plus side, the supermarket stopped having siestas this year.
For us, it feels as if they would like to get rid of us campers.... They did it with us. Many of the regular campers we've met over the years feel the same way. The view from some of them is not great. Next year there will be even fewer pitches.Nothing more for campingIt was a super nice campsite last year. Despite the fact that there were already a lot of mobile homes.
This year there were even more and the view is not great.
The beach is totally full and so is the pool.
Unfortunately, campers are no longer welcome. Only Italians can make reservations for next year.

Please check the entire inventory on arrival, as things that you didn't use are supposedly damaged on departure!!! Shortcomings in the sanitary facilities.Campsite with flawsVery narrow access to the pitches. Unfriendly staff at reception. Different sizes of pitches. We had booked a pitch in the "Beach" category and were given a pitch next to the outer wall of a hotel. Disadvantage: If we had had an awning with us, we would not have been able to put it up because the pitch... was too narrow and did not have the required size. The pitches opposite were in the same category and were much bigger, and the neighboring hotel had a noisy fan running from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. It was not possible to get another pitch on request at reception. Disadvantage of the sanitary facilities: There is no chair or bench in the shower cubicles to put down the utensils you have brought with you! There is also no soap at the washbasins to wash your hands after using the toilet! As stated in some reviews, a cheap campsite with shortcomings!!!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

Shopping facilities for breakfast on site or opposite at a small Spar market, camping supplies, a butcher and a pizzeria. In the pizzeria in the square you are unfortunately ripped off compared to last year. A small bowl of chips (approx. 2 handfuls) 8 euros! Reason given by the sometimes unfriendly receptionist that this is due to the new booking software. Also in 2018 no consideration is possible (clearly retrograde and not... customer-oriented!). We have been to this resort for the last 7 years - unfortunately we got the feeling that the (regular) guest no longer seems important. For hygienic reasons, the foot/shoe cleaning spray system at the pool entrance should work, as otherwise you carry the dirt from the unclean sanitary facilities at the pool into the pool area. The rest of the shower houses and sanitary facilities were clean. The weather was accordingly very good. 2 half days of rain brought everything back to normal temperature and purified the air. The site, the private beach and especially the sanitary facilities are very clean, really very... clean!!!!!!!!! (but there are also some real piglets among the campers!!!!!). It is much smaller than MdV, Camping Paradiso or Union Lido, but that is also its advantage. You can reach virtually everything within 5 minutes on foot and the children quickly get... to know their way around. All the pitches are in the pine forest, so there is always sun and shade. Tarpaulins for the cars are an advantage, as the pine cones love to fall on them. The butchery-style sanitary facilities are no longer quite so new, but are always very clean. The restaurant is mediocre, there are very good alternatives in front of the campsite and in Cavallino (La Lanterna, Hotel Villa Ginevra, Al Ponte). The ice cream is delicious. The small market offers everything for daily needs, in front of the square there are two other markets, a top butcher's shop, a bazaar and the fishmonger comes every week. If you drive to Jesolo, you will pass the Jesolo Multistore, a large camping market. The Jesolo shopping mile is also within easy reach. Everyone here is very friendly, campers greet each other and help each other. The entertainment is sufficient and good and at 11 pm it is actually quiet, just like between 1 pm and 3 pm. If you want to party longer, go to the beach bar on the beach. There are no dogs here, not even a dog beach. In short, a good place. Where there is light, there is also shadow. The real highlight of the campsite, the beach and the sea, are rarely really clean. This has worsened in the last two years. There is still a bit of garbage from holidaymakers floating in the water in the morning and in the afternoon, for example when the pirate ship is there, a brown sludge floats onto the beach. It's better to go swimming at the neighboring section. The second point of criticism is the relocation of the entertainment from the former area at the beach bar to the center of the square by the pool and restaurant. Undoubtedly a decision of a commercial nature. However, this means that every pitch is filled with loud music until 11 pm, which regularly disturbed our children's already late sleep. This used to be better because you could choose a pitch further away from the entertainment. The operator should improve both points of criticism, then I would give it five stars. In a nutshell, it's almost the perfect campsite. Everything is on site and you can really relax. The whole site was very clean during our stay. The only thing that bothered me was that you had to pay extra for the sun loungers by... the pool. Almost all the loungers were empty and nobody was allowed to use them. The pitches vary greatly in size. We were right next to the fence to the neighboring hotel, from which we heard that this pool probably never has quiet times in contrast to the pool area in the campsite. The pool was open from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3... pm to 7 pm. Unfortunately we were also woken up every day at half past six by noise from the neighboring hotel. It sounded like someone was banging something against a metal bar. When we complained about this at reception, the staff made every effort to do something about it. Then the noise was only heard at 8 o'clock. What really bothered us was the mostly dirty sanitary building. Unfortunately there were no soap dispensers. At peak times you had to queue longer to shower. During the lunch break (1pm to 3pm) it was also forbidden to wash the dishes.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

The site is completely under pine trees, so covers are absolutely essential, at least for the car, as wax needles etc. are constantly falling down. What provides nice shade in good weather... can also be oppressive. Nothing grows under the pine trees on the mostly small pitches, so you are standing on hard sand. The pool and the beach are really great, the restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices and the site is well laid out. It was a great week!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.
