It is superbly equipped with sanitation and everywhere is spotlessly clean. There is a restaurant, a small jetty for launching a boat, a small beach, there are purpose built places (barbecue, seating, kitchen, common room. Functional sauna. The management allow large groups of young men to stay for stag parties (bachelor parties). Lots of noise, loud music and drunkenness till 4 am - no sleep. You may be lucky and avoid this - but you may not. The toilets are insufficient and not clean. Would not recommend.
