Beautiful, clean, well-run and friendly campsite on the rushing, mighty rapids of the Umeälven River. Starting point for mountain hikes, for us to Ingemarbakken, the home of Stenmark. An Eldorado for fishermen. Ideal for all types of cyclists, bikers and campers.

A beautiful campsite to feel good. Something for every category.
We ended up at the campsite unintentionally and unplanned. Until then, we had only spent two weeks at rest areas in the nature parks in Lapland. On a hike, we passed this wonderfully situated site. Attracted by the waving Bavarian flag, we spoke to the owners. They gave us the reason, they were from... Werdenfelser Land, and useful hiking tips. On the way back, we decided to make an exception and stop off at the beautifully situated campsite. We didn't regret it and also enjoyed using the clean sanitary facilities. The site has pitches for all vehicle weight classes and is divided up accordingly. Fishermen and travelers have the option of renting cabins. The whole area is sports-oriented, both in summer and winter. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts, fishermen, cyclists, hikers and mountaineers. If our path takes us north again, we will be happy to visit again. Thank you for the good service.

Quiet place with great hiking opportunities

Relaxing campsite
Great, quiet campsite with lots of hiking opportunities directly from the site. The operators are very nice and courteous. The sanitary facilities are clean but getting on in years, showers cost 5 crowns for 4 minutes. As the campsite is right next to the river, there is bound to be a lot of environmental noise. We had great hiking opportunities for us and our dog and we would love to come back again

Inexpensive, clean, nice common rooms and kitchen.

Depending on the pitch, perhaps noisy due to the raging river at the edge of the site. Partly hard ground
Small and good
Small place. We were just passing through. Top fishing area, as well as skiing. Sanitary facilities old but clean. Showers cost extra. 1 crown short, 5 crowns about 4 minutes. Overnight stay with Tenttrailer incl. electricity 180 SEKs. Good facilities including TV. Clean communal kitchen.

Simple campsite in a beautiful location right next to the rushing river. The fishing license is included in the campsite fee. The facilities are simple but functional. Excellent starting point for hikes or fishing trips.
