We had one of the beautiful campsites right by the lake, of which there are many here. The atmosphere was very pleasant and it got quiet early in the evening. There were quite a few dogs, but they behaved completely inconspicuously.
Our campsite was one... of the furthest away from the sanitary facilities, but we didn't find the paths too long.
The sanitary facilities do not offer a "marble standard" for 5-star ADAC pitches, but were always clean with sufficient hot water.
The bread roll service worked - the rolls were delicious.
Yes, the drive to the campsite from the highway exit is long, as is the shopping trip to Malchow. But that's often the case in MV.

(16 children, 4 counselors). We were accommodated in a spacious, beautifully furnished vacation home with a large garden (fenced in) and barbecue area. The children... were able to pitch their tents in the garden and were protected by the fence.
There are plenty of leisure activities on the campsite. From the football pitch with goals and table tennis table to the basketball court, everything is available. There is even an adjoining "ghost trail" that invites you to go on an extended night walk. We were catered for in the "Campoase", where we were served fresh bread rolls in the morning and delicious "noodles + sausage goulash" in the afternoon by very friendly staff.

We had chosen a pitch away from the official bathing area, but unfortunately there was more activity next to our pitch than at the bathing area and it was already busy from 6 a.m. according to the motto "I'm awake, so you can get up now too"
The size of the pitch was great, we... were able to set up without any problems.
Bread rolls were good, except for the croissants that my daughter liked, but for €1.50 such a flat thing, I wasn't prepared to pay that for myself. Short opening hours at the kiosk was a bit of a shame.
The usual problem with the permanent campers. Many who don't say hello back and think they have special rights but also some nice people with whom you could have good conversations and who were willing to give good tips for the surrounding area.

Shower token or transponder 5min. Hot water 1€Large campsite with partial lake viewWe spent our summer vacation here this year, the place makes a nice impression. It is beautifully situated directly on Lake Plau with some access to the water.
Some pitches have a direct view of the lake. The pitches are nicely grassed and we were lucky to have a comfort pitch with water and waste water,... (which was also good because there is no possibility to pour away your gray water anywhere) electricity and TV connection which I am still looking for and have not found! Because with the standard pitches you can sometimes need 25-30 meters of cable.
The lakeside path leads over the pitch, but this doesn't bother you at all. As this is on the main path of the pitch and the tourist pitches are right on the lake, you don't notice anything!
But we won't come back because we don't like the price-performance ratio of the campsite. It is simply too expensive!

One more thing please do not go to the 2nd campsite (2 lakes) they want money for everything, so as I said forest and lake view is a dream......we will definitely come back.....fast forget price performance ratio more than super.....Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

The location is great. From here we cycled around the Plauer See (very nice). Malchow can also be reached by bike. Sanitary facilities are simple but clean. There are enough snacks to keep you from starving in the event of an emergency. The store... is only open in the mornings. Not important for us. There are lots of permanent campers in the rear area, but the nicest part is reserved for holidaymakers. Not a problem! We had a problem with the WW. We were helped in a very friendly manner. Seems to be a common practice there. Every 50 meters or so there is a water connection for fresh water but no gully where you can get rid of your grey water. Only possible... at one of the 2 chemical toilet disposal stations. It is great that the transit campers have the possibility to camp directly at the water while the permanent campers all camp behind the transit campers. At the "supermarket" there are showers for men and women further back which are built in an "interesting" arrangement. You can watch others urinate while showering as there are no shower cubicles as usual. Normal showers with a stool in front of them. The showers themselves have a transparent plastic sliding door. Showering naked is not necessarily for everyone. It is also very interesting that the toilets for the big business are directly behind the shower. In any case, every shower is a very interesting scent experience. We were very enthusiastic, camping was so much fun. The weather was also great and the children were able to go swimming every day. The small store is sufficient for bread rolls and newspapers,... for shopping it is better to go to Malchow or Plau am See. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the place...toilets were also great if you were in the front house.... The site probably has new operators and accordingly a lot will change in the coming years, such as possibly a modernization of the sanitary building at the shop....Operator very friendly and problems were solved....Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

The site offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and the provision of essentials. We felt very comfortable and safe there. It was great for our grandchild (3 years old) that there is a very long and shallow entrance into the lake (many access points). It is now charged in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row to the lake, although it has always... been there....before the new operator treats himself to a fat off-road vehicle, he should have invested better in the sanitary facilities.
