No, it doesn't have to.

The email address you use in the app store (e.g., Apple or Google) is only important for payment. It has nothing to do with your camping.info account.

What’s important: When you log in to the app, simply use your camping.info login details – meaning the email address you used to create your profile with us.

And you're good to go. ✌️

Often it’s really simple:

Sometimes, your phone adds a space at the end of the email address when auto-filling.
You might not notice it right away – but it will cause the login to fail.

👉 So it's best to quickly check if there’s anything "sticking" at the end – and delete the space.
Then just try logging in again.
