"Zeer fijne rudtige camping, wel gedateerd - Een hele fijne camping als je van rust en ruimte houd. Perfect vlakbij een zwemmeer en alles aanwezig wat je in de basis nodig bent. Niet luxe, geen drukte maar vinden wij Perfect. Wij waren hier vorig jaar en toen was het iets drukker. Jammer dat je naar het pompstation moet voor broodjes, maar ach als dat alles is. We hebben hier genoten en zouden zo weer gaan.

Ever more campsites are conquering the travel market, but one should check the facilities and location carefully. At Maltschacher Lake, years of experience with camping tourists can be noticed in the great importance attached to the infrastructure and care on …the site. The camping places are generously sized and the sanitary facilities are very well looked after. There is a launderette for guests and a shop with groceries as well as the buffet restaurant. The idyllic location near to the lake enables numerous sporting activities. And even in bad weather, there is still plenty to do; the site's own INDOOR SWIMMING POOL and the sauna are recommended to the adults. For the little guests, the site has its own "Kinderland" with moon cars and lots of games, as well as the site's own activity organiser in the summer months. By the way: pets are welcome at the Maltschacher Lake campsite! Tumble drier; separate "Kinderland" with children's play area; rental of bungalows; shop on the site; beach buffet; restaurant in the holiday village; the site's own activity organiser for children in the summer months; separated from the lake only by a road; a holiday village with appartments and rooms is only 200 metres away. Bowling alley, beach volleyball, holiday programme...

Coming from Vienna: south motorway A2, in the direction of Graz - exit Klagenfurt-Nord further in the direction Feldkirchen-Moosburg - trunk road B95 in the direction Feldkirchen, in Oberglan turn right, follow the signs for the holiday village "Maltschacher See". …Coming from Germany, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Linz: motorway A10, Salzburg - Tauern motorway - Villach-Knoten (in the direction of Vienna), exit Pörtschach - Moosburg trunk road B95 in the direction of Feldkirchen, in Oberglan turn right, follow the signs holiday village "Maltschacher See". Travelling by train: The nearest station is Klagenfurt. A bus connection leads to the village Radweg, from where we would be pleased to pick you up.
