At the northern tip of the Médoc peninsula is the Des Familles campsite. At this family campsite, you camp just 5 KM from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The waves here are ideal for surfers. With a beautiful swimming …pool on the campsite, with splashing animal fountains in the paddling pool, children can also enjoy themselves here. Sheltered tour sites and luxury lodges There are about fifty spacious touring pitches on the natural terrain. You will find them among bushes and under trees that provide shelter and privacy. Of the thirty rental accommodations, the luxury ecolodges are particularly beautiful. They offer you the comfort of a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Water fun and kitchen secrets The heated swimming pool is not particularly large, but big enough for water fun. Next to the pool is the decorated paddling pool. In the lovely restaurant you can try typical French dishes like duck breast and mussels with French fries. But burgers and pizza are also on the menu. Renovated sanitary facilities To the left of the entrance is one of the sanitary buildings. The old building and its interior are in need of renovation. Fortunately, you can also use new and clean sanitary facilities in the sanitary building behind the swimming pool. This building is heated by solar panels and is therefore environmentally friendly.
