The site is very nicely located and spacious, but in large parts it is getting on in years and in need of renovation. The sanitary facilities were dirty and old and some of the doors wouldn't close. The lighting was also partially defective. The existing... leisure facilities, such as saunas and restaurant, were out of order and appeared to have been unused for some time. One slide was overgrown and broken. It had rained during the night and we had a huge puddle in front of the WW. Some of the tents were actually submerged in a lake, so be careful when looking for a spot. The positive thing was the view of Trakai from the beach and the peace and quiet, as well as the possibility of getting there quickly for sightseeing. Overall, the place was certainly very nice, but problematic in its condition. The price in particular was disproportionate to the service. We paid over 40 EURO for 3 people with caravan and car, which I consider to be considerably overpriced. For this reason, I cannot recommend the campsite, especially as there are alternatives in the area.Automaticky přeloženo.

There are plenty of pitches on a large meadow near the water and on two terraces above the meadow. There is also rental accommodation and a restaurant. The pitches are level and some are under mature trees. The sanitary... facilities are spread over two buildings. The ones in the upper building near the reception are much better maintained and newer. Overall, the cleanliness and condition are rather average. The reception is very friendly (English). The location is the advantage of the campsite. I doubt whether all the activities offered on the website are actually possible. The various saunas looked to me as if they hadn't been in use for some time. But I could be wrong. Overall, the place looks a little outdated. However, you can sit very nicely down by the water (loungers are available) and enjoy the wonderful view. We were there for one night and felt comfortable. However, if you only want to stay one night after a visit to Trakai, you can also find private pitches in Trakai with a camper van.Automaticky přeloženo.

Krásné a klidné místo v přírodě hned u jezera a na dohled Trakai. Dostatek místa a prostoru, několik sociálek ( hned kousek u recepce nahoře jsou v nejlepším stavu ), několik saun, u jezera... je několik mol a písečnou pláží a lehátky a možnost projetí se na člunu nebo plachetnicí. K dispozici je také prádelna a základní kuchyňka, restaurace přímo v kempu doporučuji vyzkoušet místní pivo a na recepci informační letáčky a automat na kávu za 1€ - tu skutečně nedoporučuji, nestojí ani za zlámanou grešli. Wifi signál je aktivní po celém kempu bez problémů. Ideální pro karavany, za dvě osoby + auto karavan zaplatíte cca 22€ za noc. Na kole se dá dojet do Trakai pár km. Nám se v kempu moc líbilo, měli jsme tam klid a strávili tam u místního piva příjemný večer, kemp dle opotřebení má svá nejlepší léta za sebou, nicméně ráno se sociálky uklízí a v rámci možností a vzhledem k jeho umístění a krásnému okolí mohu jen doporučit.

Интернет есть, но только в районах ресепшн и ресторана.

rima l.July 2012The campsite is probably long overdue for a 4-star rating, as it's not really comparable to truly 4-star campsites such as the one in the centre. Apple Island. The campsite has poorly maintained pitches, uneven and unclear layout, sanitary facilities that are quite old, the roads on the campsite are... not very suitable for campers, and in some places we were already afraid that we would not be able to get out, and because of the unevenness and the rain, we had a rather difficult situation. It's a nice place, next to the lake, it's not crowded, so it's quite quiet (if you don't get loud neighbours :) ). Food should be taken care of in advance, because there's no possibility to buy something or have a meal at the campsite. Unusually in Lithuania, there is a sewerage outlet. Pleasant communication. The restaurant or rather bar is supposedly there, but at what hours it works, no one knows - in any case we did not manage to use it, because they always closed too early. - Kristina W.August 2011The campsite is a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area: Trakai, the (albeit rather touristy) moated castle, Vilnius etc. You can look over to the nearby castle from the campsite beach, and there are shops/restaurants nearby, so the location is really good. We were traveling through... the Baltic States and had therefore experienced other campsites in the Baltic States before we arrived in Slenyje, so we were a little disappointed when we arrived and visited the campsite, especially because it is advertised as being of "Western European standard". The sanitary facilities could not exactly be described as clean; we did not have the impression that they were cleaned during our stay (three nights). The same applies to the kitchen, where you could only wash up and not cook. In addition, for a site with an estimated minimum of 50 pitches for motorhomes, there were quite few showers/toilets/flushing facilities (we weren't there in the high season, however, so we couldn't judge how busy it might be). With a basketball court with stands, water slide, children's playground, pedal boats, beach with sunbathing areas, bar/café, there were plenty of leisure facilities on offer (definitely more than at other campsites), but our impression was that the facilities were not so well maintained overall (e.g. few mown lawns for motorhomes), especially what was most important to us: the sanitary facilities. Of course, it is up to the traveler to decide what is important; we would have been happy with fewer leisure facilities, but would have liked clean showers/toilets. Therefore, we also found the price-performance ratio less appropriate.Automaticky přeloženo.

Dominik P.July 2010During the high season (July 2010) it was empty, the campsite has 4 stars, but in my opinion now it does not deserve them, the toilets stink, they once looked probably luxurious, next to it there is a small outdoor sauna, but it did not work(?) Everything so a bit dusty and not renovated, the glory years... are behind for a campsite of this category (****). Instead of a tent, we chose a bungalow for 1 night, very decent standard, new, I recommend (about PLN 130 per night for 2 people). Nice beach with sun loungers, you can quietly swim in the lake, nice views, there is a pub, you can have a snack, there is even a water slide for children.Automaticky přeloženo.
