The beach is grubby, and the stairs leading down to it are a bit of an adventure. All around the surf school, there’s nothing but rubble, etc.
We were parked in the red zone and had an unreasonably... long walk to the restroom facilities. The trash area right next to the restaurant and store is unsightly. When you walk around the grounds, you’ll find several trash-strewn areas overgrown with weeds. Furthermore, the constant barking of dogs from the neighboring site is a nuisance. We come here often and are always very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Oli’s grocery store has almost everything you need. The little restaurant Pott... und Pann has a small but excellent selection of dishes. There’s something for every taste. The only downside is that the road from Zinnowitz to Lütow is in need of repair. Everything else is simply great. We were there for “just” one night as part of the Usedom Beach Marathon, but it was a truly wonderful experience. The booking process went smoothly, and the cabin we rented (Seerose) really has everything you need!
The cabin is in excellent condition and impressively... clean! We really felt right at home!
Given the location on the Baltic Sea and the island, the prices aren’t exactly cheap, but the value for money was really good!
Thank you very much for the service—we’d love to come back!

The store on the site was still closed. Unfortunately there was no ice cream on offer, neither in the restaurant nor at reception. On this first, warm May weekend, that would... have been perfect for our children. Our pitch was in the middle of permanent campers, you felt like you were on a platter.
