Very quiet naturist campsite in the mountains
The reception is very friendly. The site itself is in a wonderfully quiet location at an altitude of approx. 1000 meters in the mountains with a great view. Access to the approx. 7 km long and sometimes very narrow road is regulated so that you drive downhill until 13:00 and uphill from 13:00. It gets... a bit tricky with caravans over 5.50 meters in length. It's also difficult to find a flat spot with long caravans. That's just the way it is in the mountains. But there is plenty of wood to build underneath. The sanitary facilities are clean. However, the small sanitary facilities on the outskirts are too small. The guests are mainly from the Netherlands and it is customary to speak Dutch there. Unfortunately, the beautiful melodic French language is missing there. If it wasn't for the great surroundings, you would think you were in Renesse. The poll is great but very, very cold in June. The walk to the lake is difficult and takes about 25 minutes. The beach made a rather unkempt impression. There are shopping facilities in Castellan. There is also a market there twice a week. The site is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and for exploring the surrounding area. There are great routes for convertibles and motorcycles. Caution! The surface can be very slippery when it rains. Four-wheel drive would then be advantageous.
