Quiet, close to the beach and well-signposted cycle paths

Nice place
Sanitary facilities very different and in French standards, pitches large, partly uneven and without electricity, special pitches for motorhomes, quiet from 23h, security takes care of it, nice restaurant, snack bar, sometimes live music and disco in the evening, children's entertainment, direct access through the dunes to the beautiful beach.

Large campsite with pool, beach and beautiful pine forests all around
The site has around 400 pitches with plenty of sun and shade. The pitches are large enough for large vehicles. Many permanently installed mobile homes, which can also be rented. The beach is approx. 350 m away and can be reached via separate accesses through the dunes. Dogs are not allowed on the beach.... Sanitary facilities ok, could be better. Pool area with lifeguard who takes his job very seriously ("fun brake" 😆) Mini supermarket for everything you need, restaurant area for smaller meals available and usable. Security watch out at night, prevent noise nuisance and lock the entrances to the site at night. Huge supermarket Hyper U approx. 3.5 km away. Village clearly laid out with a nice market on Fridays. Pitches for motorhomes, tents only partially supplied with electricity and water. All in all, a clear recommendation.

poor security at night: drunk people talking loudly and leaving glass bottles lying around, expensive and bad snacks (restaurant??)
good location but insufficient security at night
We are a family with 2 children, aged 6 and 12. The pitch was big enough for our large tent (often too big at other campsites). It's a very good campsite for cycling with children, pageantry or a sailing course. I found the entertainment uninteresting. The campsite is guarded for entry. But at night,... there are a lot of drunken people in the campsite. It's not reassuring when you're in a tent. Nights there were drunk people passing in the alley near our tent. We found empty beer bottles in the morning. The grocery store is expensive and the bread is bad. The pizzas are quick but bad (pizza dough delivered and poor quality ingredients).
