Christian arrives despite being off work and gives us a warm welcome. The first impression of the service house is excellent. In the morning we also notice the beautiful maritime design. We stand quietly and dry on a partly gravelled... pitch.

Like the lady next to me in the shower this morning. She went in with her street shoes and didn't draw the curtains or clean. Everything was full of dirt. The cleaning lady is here every day (even on Sundays) and cleans the dirt off such pigs! Very high praise to her! We were here for 10 days and everything was tip top! This attitude is also transferred to his guests! The wash house is always spotlessly clean, even if it's not the most modern, but the cleanliness speaks for itself.ΑρνητικάThere was nothing to complain aboutAlways happy to returnThe hotel in the neighborhood offers a great breakfast buffet daily until 12.oo o'clock, which you could treat yourself to (after pre-ordering) and the Starndgastronomie offers a great ambience for watching ships. I wouldn't necessarily go here with grandchildren, as there isn't enough fun for them, but for everyone else the Paltz and the location are highly recommended. Definitely a reason for us to come back.ΑρνητικάThe rain, but you can't complain about that here! 😉Small but FINE!We felt very comfortable at this small but lovely campsite. It started with a warm welcome and a great pitch. Grass pavers ensure that the caravan stands level and a paved terrace for a clean awning. There is grass all around.
Showers and toilets are clean.
The Elbe is directly behind the dyke and the sandy beach is simply wonderful.
You can also watch the really big ships here.

We had a place on the street which was noisy which is not so nice, which also bothered us, we arrived in the evening at 20.00 clock which was not a problem only we had to pay the full price for the day ...

Gisela A.October 2020ΘετικάPeace, Elbe beachΑρνητικά/Nice, small campsiteThe campsite was our destination for a long weekend. As we prefer smaller sites, we chose Krautsand. After a warm welcome, we were quickly on our pitch and our short break could begin.
The sanitary facilities were closed off due to the coronavirus and there were plenty of disinfection facilities (even at the sink).
Krautsand is just right for boat watching on the sandy beach with jetty and for cycling.

It's not too big, cozy, clean and, thanks to its location close to the Elbe beach and the Elbe cycle path, it's ideal for walks along the beautiful sandy beach on the Elbe and bike tours on the Elbe cycle path.... Dog owners will also be particularly pleased, as the wide, sandy dog beach is really great. We also recommend a trip to nearby Stade, which has an old town well worth seeing. Shopping in Drochtersen is only a few kilometers away. The sanitary facilities were always clean. The shower cubicles have shower curtains that tend to "creep" on the body when showering, but we personally are fine with that. A bread roll service would be great. Last but not least, we would especially like to thank Christian and his staff, who always had an open ear for the guests and were always helpful and friendly. And this site is ideal for a short break. You receive a friendly welcome and when you arrive for the first time, you are accompanied to your pitch. There's a bakery up the road and a mini store, but the real highlight... is the Elbe beach. From the pitch, you walk across the dyke and have 4 km of sandy beach in front of you. After a few meters there is a beach bar where music (live or DJ) is always played at weekends in summer.
