"Idyllic campsite on the banks of the Otava - The campsite is located approx. 6 km west of Susice/Schüttenhofen, where there is a large supermarket (Tesco). Smaller COOP stores can be found in the nearest villages (Annin, Dlouha Ves, Hartmanice, Kaspersky Hory). The sanitary facilities are large enough, but basic. Hot water is free of charge. The toilets are not lockable and there is no toilet paper in the cubicles (you have to tear it off a large roll and take it with you). The shower hall also has no cubicles. There is a fire pit about every 50 m where you can barbecue and/or burn dead wood you have bought or collected yourself in the area. In the Otava River, which flows through the campsite (water depth approx. knee-deep), you can cool your drinks and/or waterproof packed food. But be careful not to get carried away by the current. The campsite restaurant serves good home cooking for little money (0.5 l beer = approx. €1.10). You can also pay with €. On some weekends there are meetings here (e.g. first weekend in May Moto-Guzzi meeting). Unfortunately, the whole campsite is then filled with very loud "music". Otherwise you can only hear the rushing of the Otava and the birds. I can't report on road noise from the road between Susice/Schüttenhofen and Kaspersky Hory /Berg Reichenstein, as the road is currently completely closed from the Annin campsite to Rejstejn due to roadworks.

" - Idyllically situated campsite in the Anntal valley. The operators Josef and Jidka are very friendly. Free choice of pitch. The restaurant offers Bohemian home cooking at super fair prices. Campfires possible in many places. Ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
