camping.info is not a large corporation or association - we are campers ourselves and do our best to ensure that you can find all the information you need with the app and thus always find exactly the campsite that really suits you. We want to make searching, selecting and booking your next destination as easy as possible. Over 40,000 pitches and many filter options are waiting for you in the app. You can book more and more of them directly online!
The best: With the camping.info FANCLUB card in our newest app version, you now also receive numerous benefits and discounts at popular campsites throughout Europe. Whether it's free bread roll service, free camping for your dog or a 20 euro restaurant voucher - with the many FANCLUB benefits, the app is now (at least) twice as worthwhile.
How many campsites and pitches are listed in the app?
You will find over 23,000 campsites and 18,000 pitches across Europe in the app. (By the way, that's almost all of them - at least there is no app in German-speaking countries with more campsites). We are sure that you will always find the right campsite for your vacation in the app.
What is the FANCLUB and where can I find the card?
The app is now EVEN MORE worthwhile: with the camping.info FANCLUB card in our newest app version you receive numerous benefits and discounts at popular campsites in Europe. The FANCLUB card is also included in the 7-day trial version.
Tap on the FANCLUB icon at the bottom centre of the homepage and log in to discover your personal member card with your name on it. Let's go: If you show it at FANCLUB sites, great discounts, exclusive extras and unbeatable benefits await you at beautiful sites all over Europe.
Can I use the app on multiple devices at once?
Yes! The App can be used on any number of devices, as long as the operating system (Android or Apple) is the same. Simply always use the same login details.
Why do I have to pay for the new app now?
We want to offer you the best content and be able to constantly improve it. This (unfortunately) costs money - and that's why we hope for your support. We have big plans for the app. And we promise that for the price of 2 to 3 espressos a year, we and our team will work to offer you a user experience that puts every barista in the shade.
A great added value for you: With the App you now also receive your personal FANCLUB card, which gives you access to great benefits and discounts at campsites throughout Europe. The 9.45 euros per year will be ‘recouped’ faster than you might think ;-)
How can I cancel my camping app subscription?
iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Tap the subscription you want to manage. Is the subscription you are looking for not displayed?
- Tap Cancel Subscription. (If you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services). If you do not see "Cancel", the subscription has already been cancelled and will not be renewed.

- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on Payments & Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel

Does the email address in the app store have to be the same as my camping.info account email?
No, the email address you enter in the App Store does not have to be the same as your camping.info account email. You can use any email address for the payment process in the App Store. When logging in to the app, use the login details of your camping.info account.
Do I have to register with an account in the app?
To use all functions of the app, such as using your personal FANCLUB ID card, saving favourites or submitting ratings, simply create a profile using the icon with the ‘human’ and your desired e-mail.
Note: You do not have to create a profile to use the app. Without registering, you can also filter and search for campsites, but you won't be able to access your camper profile and view all your reviews, photos and videos.
I have registered an account, but my email address does not work. What can I do?
What can sometimes cause problems is that when you auto-fill your email address from your phone, a space is automatically inserted at the end. So a tip is to delete the space at the end and then repeat the registration process. If you have any further problems, please feel free to contact our Support Team.

Can I use the app on different operating systems (Android, Apple)?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the app on both the Apple and Android devices with a single download. The Google and Apple stores are two different systems that cannot be linked. If you want to use our app on different operating systems (Android and Apple), then you need to install it for both systems.
However, you can use the profile you have created (to save favourites, enter ratings, use the FANCLUB benefits, etc.) on both operating systems. Furthermore, our App can be used on any number of devices if the operating system is the same. Simply always use the same login details.
How much does the camping app cost?
