Can I use the app on multiple devices at once?
Yes! The App can be used on any number of devices, as long as the operating system (Android or Apple) is the same. Simply always use the same login details.
Why do I have to pay for the new app now?

How can I cancel my camping app subscription?
iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Tap the subscription you want to manage. Is the subscription you are looking for not displayed?
- Tap Cancel Subscription. (If you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services). If you do not see "Cancel", the subscription has already been cancelled and will not be renewed.

Does the email address in the app store have to be the same as my camping.info account email?
No, the email address you enter in the App Store does not have to be the same as your camping.info account email. You can use any email address for the payment process in the App Store. When logging in to the app, use the login details of your camping.info account.
I have registered an account, but my email address does not work. What can I do?
What can sometimes cause problems is that when you auto-fill your email address from your phone, a space is automatically inserted at the end. So a tip is to delete the space at the end and then repeat the registration process. If you have any further problems, please feel free to contact our Support Team. We are happy to help.
Do I have to register with an account in the app?
To use all the versatile and exciting functions of the App, such as saving favorites or submitting ratings, simply create a profile using the icon with the "person" with your desired email.
Note: You do not have to create a profile to use the app. Without registering, you can also filter and search for campsites, but you won't be able to access your camper profile and view all your reviews, photos and videos.
Can I use the app on different operating systems (Android, Apple)?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the app on both the Apple and Android devices with a single download. The Google and Apple stores are two different systems that cannot be linked. If you want to use our app on different operating systems (Android and Apple), then you need to install it for both systems.
However, you can use your created profile (to save favorites, enter ratings, etc.) in both operating systems. Furthermore, our App can be used on any number of devices if the operating system is the same. Just always use the same login data here.
Where can I find the FANCLUB card for benefits for campsites in the app?
With the camping.info FANCLUB membership card in our newest app version you receive numerous benefits and discounts at popular campsites in Europe.
To find the membership card, tap on the profile icon at the bottom right of the home page. You will now find your personal membership card in the "My camping" section under "camping.info FANCLUB". If you show it at participating campsites, you will benefit from numerous extra services.
