"Beautiful campsite on the Main - Beautiful campsite on the Main Bicycles go directly past the square, just like the road Older but clean sani showers 2 minutes 50 cents New playground. In general, the operator family has really made something great out of the place in the last 2 years

"Beautiful campsite on the Main - This is the second year we've come to the campsite and we've spent four weekends there again. The atmosphere and the service are great. The pitches and facilities are perfectly fine. The sanitary facilities are older but adequate and very clean. No traffic jams even on the long weekends. The location is very nice, the logistics for shopping and dining are excellent. Ideal as a starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Investments and renovations are made year after year, and from next year we can look forward to a new restaurant on site. We love coming here and have already booked again for next year.

"Beautifully located place directly on the Main - We spent 11 (cheap) days here. We found the site via Google and just went there. The reception by boss Dominik and his wife Silke (they only took over the site in fall 2021) was very friendly and we were shown the free pitches. We were lucky enough to be able to stand directly on the Main on a paved pitch. Disadvantage: about 300 meters to the sanitary facilities, the bike is not a luxury. The site is very long, but that applies to all the sites on the Main that we cycled (Main Cycle Path, Limes Cycle Path ...). And all of them have a lot of permanent campers - which had the advantage that the sanitary facilities were not very busy. They were always spotlessly clean. Incidentally, you need shower coins (50-cent pieces, 2 minutes, can be paused). Our pitch (with flat-rate electricity, water and waste water on site) was big enough for us to set up our 3x3 air pavilion in addition to the awning, which was a blessing in the miserable weather. But the campsite wasn't responsible for that. Incidentally, we paid a mere €225 for 11 days in the NS. The infrastructure is still mediocre at the moment, but they are working on it. The former pub is empty and you have to go to the surrounding villages for food (except drinks). Well, you're on the move anyway. But there is a nice playground and a large trampoline for the youngsters and a large, well-stocked bookshelf for self-service. A lot of work is being done on the facilities, everything is very clean. Another sanitary block is also to be built. There are plenty of excursion destinations, depending on your fitness level - and of course lots of Häcker restaurants!
