The site's large pitches are spaced out in a green environment that's …just right for families, couples and kids coming here in search of peace and quiet. Ardenne Camping's facilities are well maintained and will allow you to feel settled in no time, with handy amenities including a well-kept play area for younger guests and a modern bathroom block with disabled access. This laidback site allows dogs to come and join you (please keep them on leads though), and barbecues are welcome if you fancy a little outdoor cook-out. Ardenne Camping is also within easy walking distance of a very pleasant riverside beach on the Maboge river – showers, barbecues and a café are all available here, so it’s a great place to spend an afternoon. While it's surrounded by nature (including an on-site orchard full of local fruit trees), this handy little campsite is only a five-minute drive from the pretty little village of La Roche-en-Ardenne, a historic hotspot with a castle, attractive waterfront and handy amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and a tourist information centre.
