"New parking space - Brand new pitch, right next to the leisure park. Well done. Sufficient and clean pitches. Uncomplicated check in. Helpful staff.

"Pitch at the leisure park - We stayed here for two nights on our Scandinavian round trip. The location is perfect for a visit to Astrid Lindgren's Värld. But otherwise it's nothing special. The pitches are big enough for a motorhome and relatively flat. The sanitary facilities are ok. The price is a bit too high in my opinion.

"Camping pitches to visit the ALV...nothing more. - We were here for the fourth time, this year for the first time as campers. The pitches are convenient for visiting the park. The sanitary building has been newly renovated in recent years and is still clean if you use it early in the morning. Unfortunately, it is also used by the guests of the 'Stugas' and then it quickly becomes uncomfortable and no longer clean. All in all, a good place to visit the park...but nothing more. Due to the construction work on new accommodation buildings at the moment it also has a bit of a building site character.

"Park Square - A quick stop with a sanitary building that is slightly larger in terms of the size of the pitch, the pitch for the adventure park, which must be vacated by 11 a.m. (then you have to move to the paid pitch to visit the theme park). The all-inclusive price quoted here is not correct, 300,-/ 450,- crowns are charged in the low/high season including electricity. In addition to being undersized, the sanitary building is also - to put it mildly - strangely planned: the washbasins (for brushing teeth) are located in the toilet room and - an outrage for the price - the men's showers have no curtains and are directly visible from the entrance room through the open door. This is unacceptable for a campsite with such a high proportion of children; discretion for the children must be maintained here.

"Ideal for visiting the ALW - The campsite is of course ideal for visiting the Astrid Lindgren World, you just walk over. There is a very large and beautiful playground. The kitchen and sanitary facilities are brand new and look like something out of a catalog. BUT: there is no fridge in the kitchen, which is absolutely impractical for anyone staying in a tent. Where to put the food? There is no seating in the kitchen. The showers are open cubicles, which I don't think is ideal, but the absolute no-go is that - if the door to the shower room is opened at the same time - anyone can look in as they walk past. That is not an option!

"Camping at Pippi World - The camping site is very close to Astrid Lindgren World and this is the advantage- you can just walk 3 minutes and you are there! The camping spot was not so clear- we couldn't find lines where to park our caravan. The price was also quite high-1715SEK/day for 2 adults and 2 kids including visit at Astrid Lindgren World. No free WiFi.

Astrid Lindgrens Welt ist nicht nur eine, sondern gleich mehrere Welten in einer. Wenn man durch den Park spaziert, kommt man an so bekannten Orten wie dem Kirsch- und dem Heckenrosental vorbei. Nicht weit davon entfernt, aber in einer ganz …anderen Welt, steht die Mattisburg. Noch ein Stück weiter, und schon steht man vor der Villa Kunterbunt. Auf dem Weg dorthin haben Sie sich bestimmt auch Karlssons Dach und Katthult angesehen. Alles Schauplätze, die man aus den Erzählungen Astrid Lindgrens kennt. Aber ohne ihre Bewohner wären sie nur halb so spannend. Denn was wäre schon die Villa Kunterbunt ohne Pippi oder die Mattisburg ohne Räuber? An diesen lebendigen Schauplätzen werden täglich Theaterstücke mit Szenen aus den Büchern aufgeführt. Was die Theateraufführungen an den Schauplätzen so besonders macht, ist, dass die Zuschauer dem Geschehen ganz nahe kommen – ja, manchmal sogar mitten hinein geraten. Nach den Aufführungen geht der Spaß weiter, denn dann können alle Kinder mitmachen und mit Pippi, Ronja, Karlsson oder all den anderen spielen.
