"Top campsite with a family atmosphere! - We felt very comfortable from the very first day. We have now spent several short and longer vacations here and always feel at home! Very friendly staff, a top restaurant and lots of shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Simply a great place!

"Beautiful campsite - Campsite is on the lake, beautiful location. Improvements should be made. Operator collects a lot of money, so the paths, stairs and bridge could also be renewed

"nice place at the lake with unacceptable sanitary facilities "status 70s" - Smaller, V-shaped site opening up to the lake on a slight slope, moderately well-kept pitches. Sanitary facilities completely outdated, not very clean, unpleasant odors. Not enough washing-up facilities and completely impractical. Toilet paper is distributed "centrally" at the entrance to the toilets. Waste water/septic tank disposal via a small drainage hole right next to the pitches. A thick sewage pipe leads over the beach into the lake - is this still "active"? A new sanitary building and a little more maintenance of the pitches could make this campsite a dream. But clearly too expensive for what is on offer.

"Ballermann Square - I have been a permanent camper on this site since 2012, annually from 01.05. - 20.09., spending weekends, bridging days and vacations there. But at Whitsun the site rules are suspended, with the blessing of the site operators. The night's rest from 22:00 is not observed. The "drunks" know this and that's why they come here. Complaining to the site operators doesn't help, as I was then told that I shouldn't come at Whitsun and that if I didn't like it, I should look for another site. Other permanent campers don't dare to say anything for fear that the "drunks" might go for the cars. That's why they prefer to put up with this "terror". At night until 1:30 a.m., the dogs roar, run freely without a lead and attack each other, and there is a lifting concert. The standard has dropped dramatically. I take the operator couple's statement to heart, as my days off are too valuable to me and I'm looking for an alternative place, then I'm gone. Very damaging after 7 years.

"pleasant place, nice staff - Good location on the reservoir. Very clean, clear water due to the drinking water reservoir. Good fishing and sailing area. Less suitable for hiking.
