"Beautiful place - Pitch not far from the Chiemsee, which we approached by chance and where we managed to get a pitch. The pitches are very nicely laid out. The first two rows of pitches are separated by a strip of grass, which invites you to linger. Everything you need as a camper is more or less available. Bread rolls can be ordered during the day and collected from a hut the next morning. There is also a small selection of pets to watch, which is interesting for kids. And there is also a playground on site for them. During our visit, we paid the prices quoted for a motorhome including 2 people per night. And remember, motorhome drivers greet each other.

"Overnight stay - We spent the night here on the way back from Croatia. You should know that this is not a conventional campsite but a motorhome site, which is also suitable for caravans. I therefore rate the facilities at a motorhome site. The owners are very friendly and open-minded, and it was possible and necessary to book in advance. You have a wonderful view of the Alps. There is a bread roll service, drinks from the vending machine, electricity at the vending machine against prepayment, 3 showers but only 1 toilet each for men and women. However, as there are no such facilities on other pitches, I wouldn't consider this a drawback, you should just be aware of it in case you don't have the opportunity or desire to use your own toilet. It is also interesting to get to know the animals on the farm. The pitches are also very spacious. We can only recommend the campsite and would visit it again on our next tour.

"Great place to spend the night - Great place for 1 to 2 nights. Clean sanitary facilities and showers. Bread roll service and vending machines for drinks. Would love to come back unfortunately no dogs allowed from 2020.

"Perfect for an overnight stay! - We used this site as an overnight stopover for our summer vacation to Italy and back. The site is very close to the highway and easy to reach. The operators were very friendly and helpful. We arrived around midday and were able to take a nice walk along Lake Chiemsee, which was very nice and relaxing after the first stage of our trip. There was even a meal in the evening, which you could book for. The big advantage is that you can leave the caravan coupled up and there is no barrier or opening time. So we were able to set off early at 4.30 a.m. on our onward journey towards Italy and pass through the Tauern Tunnel before the rush hour. There were animals for our little daughter to marvel at and everything was very well maintained. The site also has a drinks machine, clean showers and toilets. Electricity at the pitch via cash slot worked perfectly. We have already booked our overnight stay again this year for the outward and return journey and are looking forward to this stay.

"Great parking space! - We were there in July when we were passing through and spent one night there. Everything was very clean and the pitches are gravelled and level. Very friendly and uncomplicated operators. We will definitely be back!

Unweit des Südufers des Chiemsees befindet sich der Wohnmobilstellplatz Übersee am Chiemsee der Familie Steiner. Der gut ausgestattete Stellplatz liegt auf einem großen Bauernhof und bietet Platz für 23 Mobile. Die geschotterten Stellplätze sind von Wiese umgeben und verfügen über …Stromanschlüsse für alle Plätze. Das umliegende Grün kann als Liegewiese genutzt werden. Gegen eine Kaution können Sonnenschirme direkt vor Ort ausgeliehen werden. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich sowohl ein Getränke- als auch Zigarettenautomat und eine Grillmöglichkeit. Ein Brötchenservice versorgt die Gäste täglich mit frischen Brötchen. Die nahe Umgebung bietet umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. So befindet sich im Umkreis von 1,5 km sowohl ein Bäcker, Metzger, Getränkemarkt als auch eine Apotheke und diverse Supermärkte. Der Chiemgau hält zahlreiche Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten für alle Alters- und Interessengruppen bereit. Es bahnt sich eine Vielzahl an Rad- und Wanderwegen ihren Weg rund um den Chiemsee, durch Täler oder auch ins Hochmoor. Darüber hinaus befindet sich mit einem Hallenbad, Hochseilgarten, Märchenpark mit Sommerrodelbahn und einer Segelflugschule viele weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.
