"Beautiful quiet campsite - Beautiful, quiet campsite that is great as a base for cycling through the green heart of the Randstad. At the campsite everything is organized to perfection. Managers Marianne and Piet are very friendly and keep appointments made.

"Beautiful and active vacation at well-maintained camping Hazenveld, - This excellently maintained campground is located in a beautiful rural area. Many walking and cycling opportunities. Cities of Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum in proximity. Station (Breukelen or Vleuten) within cycling distance. Stores and restaurants nearby. Forest, heath, Vinkeveense, Loosdrechtse, Nieuwkoop lakes within cycling distance. Vecht region with beautiful estates and gardens within cycling distance. Castle Haarzuilens with its gardens within walking distance. Castles Loenersloot and Oud-Zuilen within biking distance. Swimming and boat rentals in the lakes and Vecht.

"Recommended in the green heart - Wonderful farm campsite with spotless plumbing. Nice owners, Pete and Marianne, always up for a chat. Never had to wait for toilet or shower use. Everything present, detergent, dishwashing rack and dish towel, to do the dishes. Beautiful large fields with their own electricity, water and drainage. Don't expect this at such a small campground. Very quiet campground with beautiful surroundings for hiking or biking.

Within one hour drive you are in Amsterdam, …The Hague, Rotterdam, Kinderdijk with the mills, Volendam, Edam and Marken or National Park De Hoge Veluwe. Also The Efteling, The Dolfinarium are nearby. But don't forget to visit Utrecht (12 km) with the Rietveld House, Dick Bruna museum and the specific warfes along the canals in the medieval centre.
