"Quiet campsite - Very nice shady place with a very good adjacent fish restaurant with reasonable prices and good service. Unfortunately the toilets are without toilet seats/lids and the pool closes at 18:00 which disturbs the overall impression a little.

"Nice quiet campsite - Small, quiet campsite where we felt very comfortable, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Most of the pitches are in the shade, only a handful are sunny and the store opposite is small but has almost everything. If you love fish, the adjacent restaurant is the place to go. A marked cycle path, e.g. to Grado, is practically on the doorstep.

"a beautiful October - For the first time, the campground also opened throughout October. I must say that it lived up to the period. Excellent services and large, well-structured pitches. Easy walk to the center and the archaeological museum, which is very nice and a testament to the solid presence of the Romans. Very good experience.

"Culture, cuisine, relaxation - After the corona measures, there were still few people on the road and so we had more than enough space. The fish restaurant to the right of the entrance offers good food and open sparkling wine. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. When it rained at night, small beetles got into our camper van (they used the tiniest openings, even in the garage). We were only able to "remove" the very last ones at home with the vacuum cleaner.

"3rd visit to this square - Superbly located square with a view of the basilica. Ideal for those interested in history. Not too far to the beach, about 10km by bike or car. Parking in Grado requires a talent for improvisation.

The right campsite for outdoor activities lovers, nature, art and culture. Since 1957, we offer all our guests a lot of quiet and detente, among the lush vegetation of our century-old park. Camping Aquileia is a strategic place to stay …and a starting point for daily trips - also by bike - in many places of historical and natural interest, which we will be happy to suggest you. Our campsite is situated on the edge of the archaeological area of ancient Aquileia, one of the most important cities of the Roman Empire, founded in 181 BC and destroyed by Attila in 452 AD, but where you can still breathe the air of its former glory.
