Cairo ist gut ausgeschildert und ein Stadt-Campingplatz der sehr intimen Art. Neben einem Sportplatz und Fußballcamp gelegen. Die Einfahrt befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet und ist leicht zu übersehen. Der Torweg ist mit einem Nummerncode befahrbar. Der Campingplatz liegt mitten …im Grünen und ist mit 70 Stellplätzen ausgestattet, die sich alle auf grasbewachsenen Ebenen mit schattenspendenden Bäumen befinden. Die naheliegende Altstadt ist beschaulich und bietet jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist für seine Weinbaugebiete berühmt und bindet das Tor zu den Alpen.
