"Secured like Fort Knox - I was there in September with my motorcycle and tent. The reception was not very friendly. The site is enclosed by a high wall. An electric security gate leads to the lakeshore. The sanitary facilities are dreadful and unkempt, but there are enough of them. There are also individual washing cubicles, which I found very pleasant. Pitches in various sizes, but a lousy surface for tent campers: thin turf on gravel. Mainly permanent campers on the site. Pretty planting. Not very inviting overall. I didn't feel comfortable there. It was the least beautiful site of the entire trip.

"With ACSI-Card OK - Service and site infrastructure leave a lot to be desired! Pitches and paths very uneven. Reception open irregularly. Very good proximity to Ponte Tresa and its Saturday market. Price-performance ratio is only acceptable with an ACSI Card!

"CP directly on the lake - Very narrow pitches and cramped access roads! Caravan drivers without a mover could have problems. As the terrain slopes slightly towards the lake, there could be difficulties pushing the camper van. Good and clean sanitary facilities. Access to Lake Lugano only with a chip card to open automatic door (10 € deposit). Limited opening hours of the reception 10-12am + 5-7pm in the low season. On some pitches there is a risk of damage to the camper van or motorhome due to falling cones from large and very tall pine trees.
