"Explore Belgium's North Sea coast - The campsite is located right on the outskirts of Bredene. Shopping facilities very close by. Coastal streetcar stop not far from the site. Longest streetcar line in the world (67km). Ideal place to visit Bruges (streetcar to Ostend, train to Bruges 12 minutes). Bredene has a natural beach behind the dune without huge houses in the background.

"A meaningless campsite on the coast - One of many. Camping Duinzicht is located alongside many other almost identical sites on the Belgian North Sea coast, albeit somewhat inland. The pitches are all about the same size, but the paths are very narrow. Corner plots are sometimes shared. The site is largely treeless and offers hardly any protection from the wind. The showers, for which a fee is charged, are located at the reception, which, given the size of the pitch, can mean long distances. In addition, the entrance is closed off by a gate, which you have to be very slim to get through.

"Reception closes early - Big camping, lots going on. Little peace and quiet at night. Minus for toilets without toilet paper. Little grass around the tent area. Wifi is expensive! Location in the middle of a town.

"Goes like this - The nice thing about this campsite is the proximity to the beach, otherwise the campsite is not very cozy. One tent/caravan next to the other, no trees for shade, the sanitary facilities are old and dirty, there is only one shower per facility (it is pointed out that there are more showers at the entrance, but that was quite far from our pitch). There is a youth club opposite, which is very loud in the morning and lasts until the evening. I found it nice that once a day the soup lady and the ice cream man drive across the square in little carts. There is a Lidl supermarket and a local supermarket within walking distance. The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and is really nice and clean. I found the price too expensive. We paid just under 28 euros per night for 2 people with a VW bus, including electricity. Plus 1 euro each for showering. Wifi costs something, but you can also dial into the open wifi from the restaurant on the main road :D On the whole, okay for passing through, I wouldn't stay longer.

"Okay for a short vacation - We were in Bredene over the Ascension weekend. As already written several times, the sanitary facilities are very old and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The showers at the entrance are large enough but access is almost impossible for fat people as the access grille is extremely narrow. I also think that closing at 21:00 is not in keeping with the times. The cleaning is more like a cat wash. The large dog run is great. But we knew all this beforehand and it was absolutely fine for a long weekend.

"very good, good campsite, less good the showers are at the front of the campsite - a good campsite to return, people are friendly and helpful, nice campsite a few hundred meters from the beach, large department stores near the campsite who would like a drink is in front a pub where you can also get a decent meal, several toilet blocks nearby, an animal pasture actually very cozy
