"Potential - The campsite right by the river and a bit away from the village is a great place. The meadow is huge. There are benches and tables for those who don't have any furniture. Even covered. The fire pits provided are also good. It was a pity that we couldn't try the restaurant. It closed at 6pm on Friday evening (hopefully only an exception). After a 20-minute walk to the "Alte Schule" there is delicious food and beer. An interesting contrast to the NATURcamping is the freight train line directly adjacent to the campsite. If you don't feel like looking at canoes or ducks on the river, you can get an impression of what the industrial nation of Germany produces by watching the freight trains that run almost every half hour. The toilet facilities are functional. Even in the pre-season, it would have been desirable if the dust and insects accumulated in winter had been swept away, especially as no pre-season prices are charged. So there is still potential, but there are already a lot of good things.

"underground... - Setting up tents on a nice little meadow is possible BUT: no drinking water connection - this could only be found at the completely filthy sanitary containers 400 m away. The registration was relatively taciturn and unfriendly and all in all, as a group of 7 cyclists, we were happy to be able to move on the next day...
