"Very satisfied. We were there with 2 children and a dog. - We'll be coming here again. Our daughter also made friends straight away, with playmates of all ages.

"We were not enthusiastic. - Toilets very dirty despite Corona. Unfriendly staff. The pitch is assigned by the groundskeeper. Customer requests are only fulfilled after discussion. Too bad...!Farewell gift (cake/schnapps) would have been better suited as a welcome gift. Would have been nicer as a welcome gift, at least we would have felt more welcome. This way it feels like an attempt at a bribe. Sorry, but my opinion.

"overall nice campsite - We stayed there with our caravan. We got the panoramic pitch at the dog meadow, which we really liked as we were traveling with 2 dogs. Dog waste bags are provided free of charge everywhere on the site and there is a dog toilet at the new sanitary building. We liked the location of our pitch (unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, close to the dog meadow and close to the toilet block). There is a well-stocked kiosk on the site with a bread roll service. The reception by the groundsman Andreas was very nice. The friendliness (older lady) at the registration desk could still be improved. We could have been told in advance that the shower cards also deduct credit even if you don't shower - namely whenever they are in the scanner. So we paid 3-4 euros without showering. At all the other campsites we know (we've been camping for over 15 years), the credit deduction stops as soon as the shower is switched off. We didn't like the fact that dogs are more expensive than children...you should think about that. The site itself is super clean and well maintained, as are the sanitary blocks. The shower cubicles are really spacious and there are plenty of clothes hooks - someone has really put some thought into this. The town (Neustadt) is 5 minutes away by car or just under 15 minutes by bike. The natural beach can only be reached from the campsite itself via a steep flight of steps. Overall, a nice place with a few little things that could be improved.

"Beautiful campsite on the Neustadt Bay! - We have been visiting this beautifully situated site with its always friendly and helpful staff for years. The facilities are modernized and well maintained, and above all are appropriate for the size of the site, so that there are never any bottlenecks. Particularly recommended for dog owners!

"Our favorite place - Very beautifully situated place on the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax very well and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Baltic Sea. All the staff are always friendly and in a good mood. We, two adults and dog, always felt welcome.

"Great vacation with a dog - A beautiful place. Great location on the Baltic Sea. Dogs welcome. Spacious pitch with beautiful hedges around it. Sooooooo nice and helpful staff. Great kiosk with a small, good menu and everything you need for your daily needs. Wellness offers directly in Pelzerhagen and Neustadt. Many opportunities for sightseeing, culture and sports directly from the campsite without a car. A big thank you to the campsite and kiosk team. An all-round great vacation. Uschi and Uwe

After 3 KM turn left, follow Campingsign. Enter turnaround and leave on third Exit direktion Pelzerhaken Rettin. …Follow street until the first turn to the rigth (Pelzerhaken) After 2 Km you enter the village of Pelzerhaken. Stay on until you see a Campingsign, turn right and follow the road. You will find us on the left hand side after 3 KM. You made it !

Dann wieder rechts, vorbei an Merkendorf u. Lübsche Mühle, anschl.links auf den Ostring( siehe Campingbeschilderung) Kreisverkehr 3. Abfahrt Richtung Pelzerhaken/Rettin - …Rettiner Weg. Nach ca. 3 km rechts in den Hohen Ellhornweg der in den Maskobener Weg übergeht, einbiegen und bis zum Ende folgen. Dann rechts auf die Pelzerhakener Str. Richtung Neustadt.Nach ca. 1,5 km befindet sich unser Platz auf der linken Seite.
