"Top...we will be back - Very nice reception after a smooth booking. We are relaxed and would love to come back. However, only in summer. The sanitary building is much too cold for spring.

"No contact with the pitch possible, grumble! - I tried to book for three nights starting August 21. I tried two different e-mails (registration tools, official homepage of the campsite) and also several times by phone. Never got an answer. What are you supposed to do on this site if it is not possible to register?

"Place directly on the Rhine - The site is perfect for cyclists. Even when it's busy, you can always find a space. Everything is very uncomplicated. The nearby restaurant has a spacious terrace and a very nice view of the Rhine. The site doesn't offer much comfort as it is used by many as a transit site.

"Small campsite directly on the Rhine - Small campsite right on the Rhine, beautifully situated. Very nice operators. The sanitary facilities have seen better days. Buildings that are completely open at the top are more suited to southern climes. In Germany I expect closed and heatable buildings. However, the view of the Rhine from the pitch makes up for the sanitary facilities.

"Great location and great atmosphere - The site is located directly on the Rhine (great for boat watching) and an adjacent nature reserve. Unparceled, very well-kept meadow area, half permanent campers, half tourists. Sanitary facilities spotlessly clean, but a little dated in places. Additional gas stove for campers, very good! Corona rules are implemented 1a. The reservation and registration were very uncomplicated and quick. The new operators convey a very warm and great atmosphere, where you feel like a friend on the site (thanks Chris and Harry). Innovative ideas (water dispenser for sparkling and chilled water), great. Two restaurants on the lido promenade in the immediate vicinity, good quality. Sunset with a drink on the banks of the Rhine, sitting on the gravel, wonderful! Access at the end is single lane, easily doable with a 2.3m wide trailer. We were guests twice this year and will definitely be back

"Camping on the Rhine - We stayed at this campsite for 9 days. We liked it very much and everything was OK. Our opinion is that you come as a stranger and leave as a friend. Harry and Christina keep up the good work and we will always be happy to come back.

Unser Campingplatz befindet sich in Mannheims schönstem Wald-/Naturpark direkt am Rheinufer und ist von März/April bis Oktober geöffnet. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 150 m von der Hauptschranke entfernt. In Das Stadtzentrum ist in 6,6 km Entfernung und sehr gut mit …Bus u. Straßenbahn oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Fahrradwege sind ausgebaut und führen mitten durch das Naturschutzgebiet direkt am Rhein entlang. Die SAP Arena und das Maimarktgelände erreichen Sie je nach Verkehr in ca.10 Autominuten oder bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die ruhige Lage, ein Kiesstrand zum Sonnebaden tragen ebenso zu Ihrer Erholung bei wie eventuell Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Die überschaubare Größe des Campingplatzes bietet dem Besucher eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Alle Stellplätze haben einen 16A Stromanschluss. Für unsere Gäste bieten wir drei Sanitäranlagen, Einzelwaschkabinen, Spül- und Kochküche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie die Möglichkeit, Gasflaschen zu tauschen. Des Weiteren verfügen wir auch über eine behinderten gerechte Sanitäranlage. Ab ab Saison 2018 stellen wir auch WiFi (Wlan) für unsere Gäste am Platz zur Verfügung.
